The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the queen-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. Cozy Apartment In Savannah

This was a cozy apartment in Savannah located right next to the beautiful Forsyth Park. It was centrally located, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to River Street and Broughton Street where there are many shops and food places. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the location adjacent to the Forsyth Park...such an awesome neighborhood. Conveniently located near many attractions and coffee/grocery/ and restaurants. Only complaint about the accommodations were that the apartment needs a new couch, and there was some deterioration along the molding in the bathroom. Would definitely come back for a future getaway!

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our weekend stay in Savannah. It’s location was great. It was right beside Forsyth Park and was within walking distance of everything. The private parking space was also an added bonus! The apartment was very clean and updated. It really was a great place to stay!

Great Access to Everything in the Historic District

This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Savannah. We were able to walk most places. Beautiful Forsyth Park was across the street - a great place to people watch and enjoy sitting outside. Having an assigned parking spot was wonderful. Lucky Savannah answered all of our questions. It was absolutely perfect! Very clean and organized. It sits right across the street from the park where I had a surprise luxury picnic planned it's a memory we will cherish forever. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great visit in Savannah!

Right around the corner from beautiful Forsyth Park, apartment was just right for my daughter and I visiting for a sporting event, the floors were a little dirty but everything else was great. Loved having a fridge and kitchen to cook, washer / dryer, what looked to be newly renovated bathroom, and especially appreciated the parking right behind! Didn't use the pull out sofa but was a nice option if you had more guests. Bed was super comfy as well.

The well lit parking lot (thanks to the SCAD parking lot next door) and location, allowed me to feel safe coming and going at all hours. The space was comfortably furnished to suit my needs. A couple minor details as addressed by other reviewers (like the slow shower drain due to the pitch of the shower floor) did. It detract from my stay in any way. I’ve rented from Lucky Savannah in the past and have always found the property and service meets my needs.
