Awesome Downtown Condo with Pool!

This awesome condo is in the perfect location in the beautiful downtown Savannah, GA. A historic cottage originally constructed in the late 1800's, it has been eloquently renovated with modern conveniences. Walking distance to grocery, bars, fine dining, and world famous Forsyth Park make this an unbeatable location. A 20 minute walk to the shopping district through the heart of the historic city provides a complete Savannah experience. Did we mention there is a pool? This fantastic condo is in the perfect location in the Landmark Historic District of beautiful downtown Savannah, GA. The unit features a large bedroom, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and luxury bathroom with a 2 person Jacuzzi hot tub garden bath. Ohhh-la la. This historic cottage, originally constructed in the late 1800's, has been eloquently renovated and furnished with modern conveniences and a contemporary feel. Walking distance to grocery, bars, fine dining, and world famous Forsyth Park make this an unbeatable location. A 20 minute walk to the shopping district through the heart of the historic city provides a complete Savannah experience. Also, a short 20 minute drive to Tybee Island for a beach day. Did we mention there is a pool? Nightly rates range from about $120 to $165. Rates vary based on seasons, special events, availability, holidays. Please message for exact quote! This is a fully private unit. All rooms and amenities within the unit, including laundry facilities, are not shared. I am always available to answer any questions you have regarding your stay and the unit. I love giving advice on places to visit and especially places to eat. I love restraints and Savannah has sooooo many good ones. This neighborhood is great because it is NOT in the fully tourist district of Savannah. You will see professionals, students, life ling residents, and daily commuters. It really gives you a taste of the live-ablitly of the town. Savannah is a walking and biking town. This location is striking distance to everything Savannah has to offer without needing a car at all. We have a small area out back for secure bike parking. The town is best seen from foot, and I always reccomend walking. Uber is in town and easy. Bike taxis are also avaialble if you need a quick boost.

Great stay! Property was as advertised. Great location! Away from the heavy tourist area, but close enough for everything to be walkable; and a grocery just a block away was nice. After hours of walking around, the pool was an added plus to cool off and relax. Condo was perfect for us. Mattress/pillows were super comfy, plenty of hot water, 2 nice sized TVs. Overall very nice. Owner was easy to deal with and was easily accessible for questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cozy stay

Very nice property near pretty much everything in Savannah. Check in and out were a breeze and the cozy place was perfect for my girlfriend and I on our weekend getaway.

Savannah Weekend

Property was clean and suited our needs. Kitchen had everything needed to make a small meal. Bed was comfortable. Bath tub could be very difficult getting in or out for some people. The tub floor was very slippery.

Great location and property

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a Kroger a couple blocks away. Forsyth Park is just a couple of blocks further. All one level. Huge tub. Secluded pool area in the back.

Downtown Savannah

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and bbq grill was nice. Close enough to walk to the river and all over Savannah and back. or catch a free trolley nearby. We always had a parking spot at our door even on Fri & Sat night.

Fantastic Stay

Don’t have a single complaint about our stay or the property! Very convenient location and parking! We stayed her to move my daughter into college. We couldn’t book a hotel as my father in-law helped us move and his truck wouldn’t fit in a parking garage. So this was super convenient with parking as well which was a concern for us. We had more than enough parking directly in front of this property! The bed was super comfortable, and the property easily fit 4 adults comfortably. All necessities were provided and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Will most definitely rent again on our visits!

Pleasant Stay During Our Huge Weekend

We were staying in Savannah for a few days leading up to our son getting married on Saturday. The location of this property is ideal with a Krogers a short walk away. The living room, bedroom and kitchen were perfect and when it got a tad bit cooler than expected for this week we were able to "switch" over to the heat which worked perfectly. Sorry that we didn't get to use the pool out back, but I'm sure that others staying here during a time of pool appropriate weather will end up enjoying their stay even more. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for any couple

For a smaller condo, there was more than enough space for the two of us. The main room with the large smart tv is perfect for me as a gamer, and for my fiancé who likes dramas! It has a very spacious bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. It was overall a wonderful first vacation experience and will most likely be our go to next time we’re down in Savannah! (And it’s very close to River St will all the great food options)! Thank you, David.

Perfect location from Forsyth Park

I stayed here because I was doing the Savannah Women’s Race on 4/6/24. It was the perfect location to Forsyth Park—4 blocks down the same street(the street runs into Forsyth Park). My only gripe was the front of the home need pressure washing or new paint and the front door does not open all the way. It gets stuck half way on the floor as you open the door. All in all, it was a great weekend!!!

Nice little property

We stayed in the one-bedroom. We didn't spend much time in house, but it had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were super soft. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It was just a nice, older place to stay. We did end up walking to River Walk a couple of times. It's quite a walk, but if the weather is nice, it's a beautiful walk. Close walk to Forsythe Park, grocery store and many little shops and cafe's. David went above and beyond by mailing my car keys back to me that I accidentally left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm back in the area.

We will only stay here from now on!

We’ve rented many vrbo’s. This was hands down the best yet. It is a quaint historic home with charming original wood floors. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. We filled it with hot water and did not ever run out of hot water! The sink is taller than I have at home. It made tooth brushing without getting things on my clothing a breeze! I love the height! The mattress was so great we checked the brand so we could investigate purchasing one. The owners are so friendly and the pool is amazing. It is only used by the guests of these units and there is always plenty of space. We were able to walk downtown to do everything we wanted and the Kroger’s is a short 1.5 block stroll. We love that the pool isn’t shared with hundreds of other rentals and didn’t have time restrictions. We can’t imagine booking elsewhere after staying here!

Very Nice….

Our stay was great. The property is clean. And the location was very good. We were a walk from downtown. The bed was amazingly comfy! We did have the odd experience of a poor homeless soul wondering in the middle of our street. Unsettling, but nothing the owner can do anything about. The property itself was clean and comfortable however just a little more attention to detail would have won the day. Trim around the bathtub/shower was missing. There was no hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. Little things. We never used the pool but it looked great! It is a great value for a couple. We would go back.

Great Location

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Savannah. The location of the property was in walking distance (if you like to walk, which we do) to many tourist attractions. There is also a grocery store 1 block from the property which was very convenient. We also parked in the Trolley tour parking lot for free and bought a 2 day Hop on Hop off pass which was the best way to see all the historic sites, shopping and museums. The property manager, David was the best. We were running later than expected, due to hurricane Idalia, so I contacted David to let him know. He asked that we contact him to let him know that we arrived safely...no matter what time it was. He genuinely cared about our safety and wanted us to have a good time in Savannah We plan on staying at this property again when we return for a visit. Thank you David!

3 days in savannnah.

Properties always look different in the photos. We liked the size of the apartment for 2 of us. Plenty of room. We felt let down by the shabbiness of the apartment though. Compared to similar properties nearby, ours was shabby back and front and needs updating. The back porch was tired too. The bath/shower needs attention. Standing water in bath when showering, and shower not thoroughly plumbed in. Bath was grubby. Good aircon which worked well. Not very close to town, but a nice 20 minute walk to the sights. Forsyth had a couple of nice cafes at one end, and there was a good supermarket 5 minutes from apartment. All in all, we felt we would’ve liked a bit more upmarket facilities, oh and please put a kettle and corkscrew in the kitchen. We’d give 3.5 stars for this apartment.

Different than expected

Pros: You can't beat the location - walking distance to all the things: grocery store, park, major tourist shopping, etc. The space was clean and easy to access with lots of parking. And the owners were all nice and easy to contact. The bed was also pretty comfortable. Cons: Calling the space renovated is generous, kind of. While there are newish light fixtures and sink areas, it DOES NOT look like the pictures; maybe a few years ago but not now. The outside of the house looks like it is in noticeable disrepair. The floors are deeply slanted, the doors are not properly aligned with door frames and spaces (so some don't open all the way and/or don't lock properly, including the bathroom door), and there are huges chips of paint missing in various places. I think a previous post mentioned the back door, and that was cause for concern for us too, we were thankful they had a door jam at least. The tub also didn't drain well. All in all, the cons weren't a huge deal because we weren't staying long; it was just a little uncomfortable when we were looking for comfort and leisure. On the other hand, the cost is low compared to other places, so you can spend more on food and experiences, so ehhh...just don't set your expectations based on the pics.
