"The County Hotel is a beautiful old hotel that has been very well maintained. Breakfast is plentiful and the staff were great. Only improvement would be a better selection of toiletry items such as some lotion, shampoo and conditioner etc."

The Vermont Hotel Newcastle
"Perfect for an overnight stay in centre of Newcastle. Parking right outside is helpful too. Nice enough hotel with spacious rooms but top floor rooms are right by the train track. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll need ear plugs. Apart from that all great."
