"This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

"Our family spent 2 weeks here. The location is perfect. We spent our days going from the beach to the pool and back again. The neighbors are wonderful and we met so many great people. Our only issue was the AC stopped working during the second week. We spent 4 nights without it, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The owner did have a window unit installed, and was willing to give us a partial refund for those 4 nights. If it were not for that inconvenience, we would have given our stay 5...

"This was a great place. Exceptionally clean quiet friendly. The pool was amazing the communication with company was fast and friendly and helpful. Watched a rocket launch right off the balcony. "It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome!
