Do you love the unique atmosphere and charm of historic buildings, as well as the scent of a fresh sea breeze? Then you’re very welcome here! The “Am Ufer” holiday home is located in the historic old town of Sassnitz on a quiet side street (dead-end). The holiday home features two holiday apartments. One apartment on the ground floor for 2 people and one on the ground floor for 4 people. The apartments are cosy, bright, and warmly furnished. The holiday home is just 100 m from Sassnitz’s beach promenade, with its cafés, restaurants, and idyllic city harbour. The famous chalk coast is just a few steps away on foot. Sassnitz has only one natural beach. It’s just a few minutes’ drive to the fine Baltic Sea beach for swimming and sunbathing. Sassnitz is a state-recognized resort town and therefore subject to a visitor’s tax.

The comfortable “Strandluft” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the historic building and measures approximately 43 square metres. The bright bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an armchair, a wardrobe, and a desk. From the bedroom window, you can even catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. In the cosy living area of the apartment, you’ll find a comfortable seating area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table with four chairs. The small kitchenette is integrated into the apartment’s entryway. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. Since there wasn’t enough room for it in the kitchen, the dishwasher is even located here. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and a parking space. However, this space is not directly at the building but is located about 350 metres away in a car park.
