We were not expecting to be required to bring our own towels although when reading the advert note that it did not specify that towels were provided. "Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Fußmarsch ca 10-15 Minuten zum Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wohnung selbst leider nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten solala, Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern nur halbfunktionierende Innenjalousinen. In Sassnitz kann man viele schöne Ecken erkunden. Am Steilufer kann man etwas abenteuerlich unterwegs sein, aber mit Vorsicht zwecks der Abbrüche! Alles in allem war alles okay."

"Super Lage, schöne FeWo, aber leider sehr dreckig ! Die Fenster benötigen mal dringend eine Reinigung, beim Aufklappen der Schlafcouch entdeckten wir leider einen riesigen Dreckhaufen , eine gereinigte Wohnung sieht anders aus. Die Kühlschranktür müsste auch mal repariert werden und die Duschbrause müsste auch mal erneuert werden . Schade , aber der Blick zur Ostsee ist schon TOP !"

"Die Ferienwohnung wr sehr schön. Das WC hat zwar von beginn an ein wenig nach eingesrocknetem Urin gerochen man konnte aber nicht herausfinden woher der Geruch kam. Ansonsten sehr Sauber. Die Kommunikation über FEWO war sehr schlecht angaben das man sich bei Herr Schneider Melden soll kam erst 2Tage vor abreise an einem Sonntag deshalb musste ich mich selber bei dem Besitzer melden dieser gab mir die Nummer von Herrn Schneide. "Situated in the old town, architectural history . Near to promenade and national park. However, the "sea view" was only up a flight of narrow stairs which were not disabled access. The equipment was shoddy, minimal and the bathroom and around skirting boards hadn't been cleaned for years. The parking was very minimal, all squashed in and difficult to get out because of blockage from other cars. The owners are only in it for the money and no love of the area. "
