This cosy holiday rental has a floor area of approximately 40 m² and features a living room with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway with a kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 hot plates, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), and, of course, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the outdoors through the patio door. Here you can wind down after an eventful day of holiday.<br>Parking is extremely convenient, as each apartment is assigned its own parking space.<br>Please note that all units are strictly non-smoking!<br>Pets are allowed. Here, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can enjoy an idyllic and relaxing holiday.<br>The apartment building features ten comfortably furnished holiday apartments and two double rooms of varying sizes and amenities, accommodating two to five people.<br>The large property offers plenty of opportunities to unwind. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socialising. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.<br>During the colder months, guests of the property even have free access to a small family sauna.<br>Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
