Step inside and let yourself be enchanted by the charm of this cosy apartment.
On the left is the spacious bathroom with natural light. From here, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the large estate garden as well as the Reuter family’s fields and horse paddocks. Especially at sunrise and sunset, the stunning play of colours never ceases to amaze and is virtually unmatched in its diversity.
The inviting, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with:

- a sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser
- a tissue dispenser
- a shower with a built-in shower gel and shampoo dispenser
- a toilet
- a wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags,
- a tiled floor (bath mats are provided)
- clothes drying rack
- decorative shelf and accessories in a nautical style
- a wooden chair as additional storage space

The fully equipped kitchenette is located next to the beautiful natural wood door leading to the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with:

- a 4-burner stove with
- an oven,
- a refrigerator with freezer compartment,
- a coffee maker,
- a toaster
- and a kettle.
 
The next door on the left leads you into the very cosy bedroom, again with a wonderful view of the beautiful garden, fields, and pastures!

-The nightstands, each with a reading lamp on either side of the bed, make it especially cosy in the evening.
- A wardrobe with a large mirror naturally offers plenty of storage space for your clothes.

The entire apartment features
- hardwood floors, which create a particularly cosy atmosphere and a warm, inviting feel. Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, homely light!

As you enter the apartment, you’ll look straight into the bright and spacious living-dining area.

- The large wooden table with four chairs stands in front of one of the two large windows, so that you
can enjoy breakfast there at sunrise.
- A pretty wooden shelf provides storage space for your kitchenware.
- The comfortable couch can be converted into a bed. This means the apartment can accommodate four people. 
- An armchair and
- a coffee table are also available.
- Relax in front of the TV and put your feet up with a glass of red wine to wind down the day in peaceful rural surroundings.
- A sideboard offers additional storage space for the games, books, and much more you’ve brought along.

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor House!
At the end of the village road, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of old trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel at home here, and they can be observed in the evenings.
