We would like to warmly welcome you to our rustic-style holiday apartment, Lilli!


This is the only apartment with a large balcony! The ceilings, over three metres high, also give it a very special charm.
Through the apartment’s mid-19th-century entry door—beautifully and faithfully restored—you’ll walk down the hallway to the left into the bright, spacious bathroom filled with natural light!

It is equipped with:
- a great, large wooden window (double-pane) with six panes on each side and a two-part skylight for optimal ventilation
- a sink with a built-in soap dispenser
- a tissue dispenser
- Toilet
- Wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags
- Walk-in shower with a built-in shower gel dispenser
- Tile floor; bath mats are provided
- Clothes drying rack

Straight ahead from the hallway leads to the living area, which includes a full kitchenette on the right. Here you can treat yourself to some culinary delights and will find the following:

- Kitchen unit with plenty of cabinets for storage
- 4-burner stove with oven 
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
- Electric kettle
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment

You’ll find yourself in the cosy, bright living area, which also features a 19th-century wooden door leading to the separate bedroom on the left. In the living area, you’ll find the following:

- vinyl flooring
- a dining table with four chairs
- a cosy, fold-out spring-core couch
- coffee table
- an armchair
- TV cabinet with flat-screen TV
- a wooden window
- floor lamp

Through the balcony door, you step out onto the east-facing balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun! You can take a seat at the seating area. You’ll look out over a small path towards the horse paddock.

The separate bedroom features:

- a cosy double bed
- nightstands with reading lamps on either side of the bed
- two wooden casement windows
- a wardrobe
- carpeted floor (carpet)

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor House!
At the end of the village road, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the property! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit beneath them and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel right at home here, and you can watch them in the evenings.
