Through the mid-19th-century front door—beautifully and faithfully restored—you’ll enter the spacious, bright kitchen, which offers plenty of room and seating. A special feature of the entire apartment is the ceilings, which are over three metres high—a characteristic common to many manor houses.
 The kitchen features:

- a wonderful, large wooden window (double-glazed) with six panes on each side and a two-part skylight
- a wooden dining table with four chairs
- a tiled floor in a Mediterranean colour with a rug under the dining table
- Kitchenette with ample storage space
- 2-burner stove
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment

- Coffee maker
- Electric kettle

From here, you enter the large bathroom on the left, which features:
- Sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser
- Tissue dispenser
- Shower with a built-in shower gel and shampoo dispenser

- Tiled floor (bath mats are provided)

Straight ahead is the cosy, bright living and sleeping area, which also features a 19th-century wooden door that can separate it from the kitchen to minimise odours in the sleeping area. Here you’ll find the following:

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor House!
At the end of the village road, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There is even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel right at home here, and you can watch them in the evenings.
