Good for a budget hotel if you only need a place to sleep, but not in the best part of town. Worried about my vehicle getting broken into all night. Hotel itself met expectations!

Great breakfast

No problems with this stay. A large hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable but the furniture had signs of wear. Excellent complimentary breakfast and we were well taken care of by the breakfast lady Nicole - so friendly and helpful.

I like that there was security in the hotel at all times walking the hallways, as this is in a rough part of the city. The hotel has been redone, except for the ceiling in the breakfast room, which is pretty badly stained in areas. I would definitely stay there again. The staff are just so friendly and courteous.

The room went beyond our expectations. It was spacious with a separate sitting area as well as another TV for viewing purposes. We were provided with a king size bed as opposed to a queen. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Definitely the name QUALITY applies; this is a quality budget hotel. Although the property is older, they maintain it well. If they could refresh the beds (ours had a dipt in the middle) I would give it 5 stars. Great staff. Cleanliness better than normal.

Overall great property. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent for options. Looked like a renovated room. Lots of hot water. Would likely stay again. The only thing that made me a little uneasy at first was maybe the area and the fact the main doors were locked and had to use key card … staff always was there to open the door remotely. I believe this was to keep unregistered guests out ? Never experienced that before.

Booked this property last minute for a flight delay preventing me from travelling home after my flight was due to land in Saskatoon. My flight ended up being cancelled in Vancouver after numerous delays and the hotel refused to provide a refund or even a credit for future use since I could not use the room. Do not book here, there are higher quality places that also have compassion for clients or potential clients. Unreal.
