"Beautiful spacious rooms on 4th floor! Pink doors! So cute! Love the private onsens! Each onsen. Is unique and some have the open air concept! I love it! Relaxing here! Free ramen late night and during the day free popsicles and yougurt drinks. Don’t get the breakfast option here it is not good. We all got stomach food poisoning from it. It’s not buffet so don’t get suckered into getting the breakfast here with hotel room. Opt out! It’s the best trip tip staying here! The dinner too was not good! There’s a set course and the first night tofu and raw chicken was gross. Don’t do it! Save your money for the yummy restaurants a few steps outside of this hotel. "

"there is a viewing lounge on 29th, free entry from 11:30am. Massage chair in the room is a plus! Night chocolate in the room as well ( also a small freezer is available.) "

"The hotel is comfortable and nice. The staff are friendly. there is happy hour in the evening with free wine. The only problem is a lack of communal lounge space during the day if you need somewhere to sit, relax, work or wait for friends."

"The hotel was so nice and clean. We got a 45 minute private onsen which we could add more 45 minute any time. It was great. Also the stuff and especially tan!! Where really great. They had a car that took us from and to the train and even to a restaurant late night because we couldn't find an open restaurant near by. I really recommend!!"

"Beautiful ryokan recently remodeled. Wonderful staff. Delicious food. A bit off the beaten path but being out of the main city offers a very relaxing environment. If you have the Go app and don’t mind paying for taxis, then the location is not an issue. Very pleasant experience overall. "
