On the ground floor the kitchen is functional and well equipped ; the living room of approximately 30 m2 benefits from maximum sunshine thanks to its southern exposure, its soothing atmosphere will relax you. The bathroom, toilet and a 4m2 cabin bedroom overlook the garden behind the house. Upstairs, 2 comfortable bedrooms with private TV await you for pleasant nights. In the largest of the bedrooms a small cot will satisfy baby's sleep. In the courtyard in front of the cottage, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs are available to you. Behind the house, the garden allows you to park your car and store your bikes in the small shelter; but you can also park your car along the cottage, there is room. The shops in Sarzeau are numerous, the town center is 2.5 kms away, many markets are held every day on the peninsula, possibility of getting there by cycle paths.
