The views of the ocean were stunning from the restaurant at the hotel and from sunning deck, which were just down some steps as you head down toward the beach. "lovely well positioned property in the hills above Sarzana with great Autostrada and regional highway access. All mod cons on site, located in a quiet neighbourhood with wonderful views out to the ocean and scenic walking opportunities. I was in the area on business during the winter, with sketchy weather, but the house was more than comfortable to come back to each day. Annalisa was very kind and helpful in every respect especially when it came to a parking issue with my large vehicle. I highly recommend the property and look forward to arranging a stay in the near future."
