"Great hotel! The room had a comfy bed and pillows. I loved that there was a desk and chair. The room is really dark and quiet at night. Close to the train station so easy to get to Cinque Terre. Make sure to contact the hotel before checking in since there is no one on-site. I had trouble checking in because of this. Also, I had trouble with the wifi working/staying connected."

Suggestions for improvement considering the price: we were only given 1 bathrobe, the terrace should have an umbrella already setup, the room needs a kettle for making tea and ideally a mini-fridge and microwave. "This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed for 2 nights. It is the perfect location for exploring La Spezia and the surrounding areas. Right outide the train station and right in the heart of La Spezia. The room was spacious and also had a balcony. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful. We had a great stay."

"To start communication was prompt and comprehensive. This out of the way hotel with its own private garden is far from the sounds of the city center and just a 2 minute walk from shops and dining. The room was clean and well laid out and the service was first rate. I was concerned about not having cell coverage to connect to their system, however it was not an issue. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful"
