About this property
Typical Tuscan Villa between wineyards and olive trees
- Big and charming country villa for 10 people with breath-taking views of the woods, wine-yard and olive groves of the farm and situated in a very peaceful location. Surrounded by a large private garden with garden furniture and located at only 50 meters from the 10X20 mt swimming pool, shared with the other guests of the farm. From the external stairs you reach the nice and habitable loggia that opens onto the large living room, cheerful and well lighted, with its big fire-place; the kitchen is comfortable and well furnished with dishwasher, while washing machine is on the ground floor.
Five double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of which ensuite).
Shops, restaurants and nearest towns at only 4 Km.
Montepulciano and Pienza reachable in 20 minutes; Siena and Perugia in 1 hour; Florence and Rome in 1 hour and a half.
