Peaceful paradise

Situated on one side of the valley looking across to woodland and vineyards this is a very peaceful location. The house is spacious and well equipped and the pool is a great size for swimming. If you enjoy bird watching this place is wonderful. You can sit on the veranda and listen to the birdsong and see a variety of birds. The location is convenient to San Casciano and Città della Pieve where there are some good restaurants. With a cantina down the road providing good wine and markets around to visit you can self cater with ease. We have fallen in love with this valley and we will be back to visit again.

The location of this property is idyllic- so tranquil! We enjoyed two thoroughly relaxing weeks in June/July and felt like we'd found a bit of a hidden gem. The views are stunning and the property is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It's ideally placed to explore this beautiful region.The hosts are delightful, friendly and discreet (the lovely Serenella and her family). Any language barrier was easily solved with mobile phone translators.The pool is huge and very well maintained daily. It is in the sun all day but large parasols give plenty of shade.The house has great clean bathrooms, great wardrobe space in the bedrooms and provides most of the basics needed for a stay. It could perhaps benefit from a bit of an update but was just fine for us.The approach road is rustic but easily managed. We rather enjoyed looking out for hares and deer!The nearest village of Palazzone has a great pizzeria restaurant, Madonna del Carmine, which serves simple but really tasty home made food. We found ourselves rather reluctant to leave at the end of our holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.

Peaceful haven

This is our second stay at the house and our third visit to Pallazone. We love the area which is very peaceful and beautiful. Serenella, who looks after the hoyse, is wonderful.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen verbracht. Das Haus und der Pool ist hervorragend gepflegt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, keine Nachbarn in der Nähe und ringsum nur Olivenbäume. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Pool ist wunderschön, viel größer als er auf den Bildern wirkt und ist sehr sauber, er wird täglich von der sehr netten Verwalterfamilie gereinigt. Auch das Haus war sauber und nach einer Woche wurde geputzt, Handtücher getauscht usw. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommem. Liebe Grüße

Schöner Urlaub in einem besonderen Haus

Schöner Urlaub in einem toll gelegenen Ferienhaus. Super grosser Pool, perfekt sauber gemacht von der reizenden und sehr zuvorkommenden Serenella! Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen für alle die, die etwas abenteuerliche Zufahrt und so einige Krabbel und Schwirr- Tiere im Haus und natürlich auch draußen sind, nicht scheuen. Die Alleinlage und die absolut Ruhe sind ein Genuss , zum Einkaufen muss man halt ein bisschen fahren. Wir waren fast jeden Tag mit dem Mountainbike unterwegs die Umgebung ist dafür sehr geeignet. Bei der Ausstattung könnte ein Wischmopp.

Superbe villa au milieu des vignes et des oliviers

La villa est très confortable et très bien équipée . L environnement est très paisible . Depuis la villa , la vue sur la campagne toscane est magnifique . Per chi ama il silenzio e la tranquillità in un posto immerso nel verde lontano da tutto. Struttura attrezzata di tutto con tre camere matrimoniali ognuna con bagno. Un cadre magnifique

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette villa, après un accueil chaleureux par une charmante dame qui passe chaque jour pour s'occuper de la piscine; elle passe faire le menage de mi-sejour également. Elle est très à l'ecoute pour tout problème éventuel. La maison est située dans un cadre magnifique au milieu de la campagne toscane, très bien équipée et avec une très belle piscine. Sa situation géographique permet de visiter plusieurs grandes villes comme Rome Florence ou Sienne sur la journée, en voiture ou en train, il y a une gare à 20mn de la maison. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et remercions vivement le propriétaire Maurizio, très sympathique, ainsi que Serenella qui a été très à l'ecoute durant notre sejour. Nous espérons revenir une autre année.

Mooie praktische woning in een schitterende omgeving.

Alhoewel de weg naar het huis niet te onderschatten is, wordt dit goedgemaakt door de prachtige omgeving en het mooi en dagelijks prima onderhouden zwembad. De woning is zeer goed ingericht. Het wekelijks vernieuwen van lakens en handdoeken en het reinigen van de badkamers was voor ons de kers op de taart. Enig minpuntje is dat onze contactpersoon enkel Italiaans sprak maar haar vriendelijkheid maakt veel goed. Wij hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad Eric

De woning stemt overeen met de beschrijving op de site, is zeer mooi en rustig gelegen weg van het dorp. Er moet rekening worden gehouden met het feit dat de laatste 2,5 km naar de woning een grindweg is die hier en daar moeilijker berijdbaar is. Top is het grote en dagelijks onderhouden zwembad ('s morgens in alle vroegte). De woning is zeer goed gelegen om een aantal steden in de nabije en verdere omgeving te bezoeken (Citta Dela Pieve, Cetona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sienna, Assisi, Todi, ...). Zeker ook aan te bevelen is het lokale wijnhuis Ravazzi waar men kan inschrijven voor een zeer verzorgde degustatie. Minpunt is dat de dame die instaat voor de ontvangst (Serenella) enkel Italiaans spreekt wat het moeilijk maakt om wat informatie over de woning en de streek te bekomen. Wat niet belet dat we er een zeer mooie 14-daagse vakantie hadden. De kans dat we er terugkeren is dan ook groot.

SEJOUR IDYLLIQUE

Une très belle maison dans une immense et magnifique propriété. Tout l'équipement est présent (vaisselles, couverts, appareils et ustensiles de cuisines, linge de maison, électroménager...). La maison est très propre et épurée. Fidèle à la description et aux photos. L'espace intérieur et extérieur nous permets de vivre nos vacances sans être les uns sur les autres. La piscine est vraiment superbe et immense !!!! Le rêve pour une famille qui aime la tranquillité et les beaux paysages de Toscane. Un coin de Paradis. Nous tenons à remercier le propriétaire pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse mais aussi sa bienveillance. Aussi, Merci à la très gentille dame qui entretient la piscine chaque jour et reste disponible et discrète mais surtout très serviable avec les locataires en cas de besoin. Nous ne l'a remercierons jamais assez pour ce qu'elle nous a apporté durant ce séjour. Une expérience unique. Notre famille a pu se ressourcer et s'épanouir dans cette incroyable demeure. Pour une tranquillitée absolue c'est l'endroit rêvé. Maison très bien équipée. Piscine très grande et température 25/26 degrés. Les deux seuls points négatif sont les insectes et tout particulièrement les guêpes et le manque de clim dans la maison qui serait parfait. Merci tout de même au proprio pour cette prestation et surtout à la dame qui venait tous les matins s'occuper de la piscine pour notre confort.. Sinon c'était parfait.

Dépaysement garanti au coeur du paysage Toscan

La propriété est au coeur des vignes et oliveraies toscanes. Le calme est assuré, et les animaux sauvages (biches, lapins, rapaces...) sont même régulièrement visibles au crépuscule dans les environs de la propriété. La location est assez rustique mais le dépaysement est garanti, le paysage aux alentours incroyable. Et les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Depuis ce lieu il est possible de visiter rome, florence, pise, sienne, arezzo, perouse... sur la journée. Bref, idyllique.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen

Wir waren auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Dieser Ort eignet sich hierfür perfekt. Keine Menschenseele weit und breit. Tolle Lage, super Aussicht, klasse Pool, schönes Haus! Sehr netter Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer. Dieser ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.
