"The staff is not very friendly, I was here for a fire convention and the place was filled with firefighter from all over Ca, and heard many comments about staff and cleaniness. My bathroom was not cleaned well and still had hairs and stuff on toilet bowl and on floor. "

"I stay there every time i have to go there. They have fixing up the rooms with new pant and fixing the few things tha needed attention in the rooms i have stayed in. The staff is super friendly. And right on it if there is a problem. They keep it clean its quite. Great place to stay if you have business down town"

"The designs is very old and not make sense how use the bathroom door and also tbe sink water handle is hard to turn on and i am afraid if i pull too hard then it break! Also for the light is terrible when i get in the room i can't find light switch to turn on! Last worst of all i can't find plug in on wall it all hide behind the cabinet and night stand which is more ridiculous because it not customers friendly to use everything. Also they charged a deposit for the room which is more ridiculous again because the room itself outdated and very old items.Will i go again no thank! That hotel only have best positive reviews is they are very close to the airport!"

"The room was extremely dirty and unsafe. There was trash everywhere and the bedsheets were stained and smelled bad. I even saw used needles around the property which made the place feel very dangerous. I could not stay there comfortably because it felt unsafe and unsanitary. This is completely unacceptable for a place listed on Expedia. I would strongly warn other travelers to avoid this property."

"The room smelt terrible. It was extremely run down and literally everything there was broken. The beds were dirty. Stained pillows. It appeared the have marks on the curtains from someone cleaning drug syringes. Nasty stuff stuck in the carpet. Broken fridge and rusted dirty microwave. Woke up to leave and the walk way to the stairs was covered in dog poop. "

"I will never stay at this property ever again. The room did not feel clean. I could not sleep because I just didn’t feel comfortable. The bed had hair in the sheets. Know Not my hair because as I lifted the blanket hair strands visible. And more hair strands on the ground unswept floor. The shower tile was gross, did not put my bare feet on the ground. Saw some roaches. No bars to hang clothes. Luckily I had my own towels and blanket to sit on. The property is only 2 blocks walk to courthouse. And at night it is very well lit. So it felt less spooky with no dark corners. And free parking! "
