"This is an amazing place with an amazing view. The host was very kind and has poured a lot of time and effort into this place to make it what it is. It was great to have a rural area to stay and the view was amazing. The host was even kind enough to get a gift for our 1 yr old grand daughter's birthday.The host speaks German, but with the google translator it was very easy to communicate and he was extremely helpful. Would definitely come again. "

"We loved our 2 nights here. While we chose the location for its proximity to Lucerne, Sarnen was a delightful surprise. The walking path into town was a fave and we enjoyed exploring. The apartment was well-equipped, including tons of pantry items and our host even offered us produce from his beautiful garden! There was lake access from the garden and we enjoyed a chilly dip in the lake! Host lives at the property and was easy to communicate with. Overall, highly recommend!"

"This is how all rental places should be! Check in is easy, the location is great and the host is very friendly! Great view of the lake below. There were all the amenities you could need during your stay. I would recommend renting a car if you stay here, the bus stop was a bit difficult to walk to with luggage."
