The staff at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast are very friendly and provided an excellent service. Room was clean and the view is amazing.

This mountaintop venue above the clouds is extraordinary. The only way to arrive here is through the cog-rail train or the gondola. The crowds without hotel reservations are there only during the day but leave on the last trip down around 5:30 so the mornings and evenings are quiet. Hiking trails abound. The restaurant serves excellent food. The rooms are basic but clean and with everything you need.
sunrise and sunset viewing is a must.
The evening meal and breakfast is included and the only venue but a very good one.
