"The Cleaning people need to be retrained! Black dirty handprints in shower, black hairs in shower and on floor. Im a redhead, my kid a blonde. There was popcorn kernals and an open dafetly oin on the bathroom floor, some kind of splash of a red sauce on the backsplash behind the sink. The wash cloths were stained and GROSS! I went and bought towels and washcloths for us to use. The staff when I chejed in wete friendly and helpful, however about an hour and a half before checkout (do not disturb on the door) housekeeping knocks i said we will be checking out on time, we are packing... she wanted to coem in for towels and trash.. um no. We are packing.. Beds are comfy, air is adequate. Pillows and blankets could be better. I bought blankets as well. "

"For the price of the hotel, the stay was just okay. While the room included a stove and refrigerator, it did not have a sleeper sofa, and the kitchen was not fully equipped. There were no basic items such as soap, pots, pans, or silverware. There was also a note in the room indicating that these items would need to be purchased separately, which was disappointing. Although the staff was great, friendly and helpful, the property itself lacks many of the standard amenities that other hotels in the same price range offer. There are several better options nearby that provide a more complete experience. I would personally recommend looking into alternatives such as Everhome or other extended-stay properties (StayApt Suites) in the area that offer fully equipped accommodations. Unfortunately, due to the lack of amenities, I would not choose to stay here again. "

"i dont know enough about this hotel to review properly because i booked this hotel as we were staying overnight to attend a wedding. tried to check in early but was told coud not check in until 3pm. had lunch came back. tried to check in at 3 pm. was told that because i booked with 4 people but had 5 people(my 8 yo son who doesnt take any space) manager canceled ny booking but directed me to another hotel that could accommodate 5 people. we. checked into alternate hotel with less than an hour to get ready for the wedding. the attitude of employees of both hotels were apathetic bordering on hostile. i will be never visit Newnan georgia again no matter the reason."

"About the only good thing this hotel has going for it is the staff. They are all very nice and pleasant to work with. The rooms have a very strong smell. I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning products that are used but it is not a “clean” smell, it was very chemically, and it didn’t go away in the two nights we stayed. The water pressure in the shower is sinfully low, our bathroom sink was slow draining from the moment we got there. The duvet was thin and when we asked for more blankets they gave us a sheet. We also asked for an additional pillow since there were only three on the bed and the front desk said they didn’t have any. Zero extra pillows in the whole hotel? The continental breakfast would have been nice, but the food was cold despite it all sitting on heaters. It’s cheap if you’re trying to save a buck, but there are other cheap hotels in the same area that we’ve had better experiences at. I’d recommend going elsewhere."

"Check-in was very long and the staff seemed frazzled. She was on the phone twice while checking us in, so we just kind of stood there. Overall properly and room was good, parking was easy, etc. "
