The pool was so cold and now towels anytime we went.
We were on the 24th floor so nice view, but the windows arent properly sealed so the wind howling all night kept my children and I awake.
All the staff were very kind and helpful.
The parking garage only has hotel access from level 2, so if you have to park on L5 its quite inconvenient for families with younge children (stollers, luggage, ect.)

Honestly the best-the staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I've rarely seen such great customer service. The Hotel is perfectly situated to the waterfront, subway (airport access is ridiculously easy) and has a really nice cocktail bar. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vancouver

We went down for a Canucks game for my son’s 11th birthday and stayed here. I had emailed the concierge prior to our stay about our plan. Upon arrival the front desk, valet and bellhop all wished my son a happy birthday and when we entered our room there were Canucks coloured balloons, a pic of the mascot wish him a happy birthday, a cloth cake and even a Canucks scarf. My son was so excited and I was so very touched. It made us feel so special.

Location was great. Instructions were easy to understand. Place was clean for most part. Clean rooms, bathrooms were clean. Horrible odor from fridge. Couldn’t stand leaving it open for long, it stink the whole town home. Also host requested us remove our shoes at door. Feet and socks were black from dirt. Parking was easy, but we were also the only ones there.
