You’ll more than enjoy your accommodations and be very glad you chose to stay here. Your apartment is well appointed, comfortable and extremely clean. Original art floods the walls. The garden area is lush, quiet and relaxing with sunshine filtering through a canopy of 200 year old oak trees overhead. Comfortable outdoor sofa and accent chairs as well as a patio table and chairs set with a backdrop of Giant Birds of Paradise and thick bushy palms. The cafe lights walk with you from your car to apartment. A private gem walking distance to everything. Private off street parking and fully stocked washer and dryer. Beach chairs, huge beach towels, beach bag, boogie boards, innertubes, snorkels…. Dog shower. New mattresses and smart TVs with all of the movie channels.

Great for a private little weekend getaway

Nice clean place. Fenced in courtyard. Plenty of privacy. We enjoyed a nice date night and a lazy morning. Would stay again

A cozy stay in downtown Sarasota

A small, but clean and cozy apartment within walking distance to downtown restaurants and cafés, and the marina and more. We enjoyed 4 weeks there with minimal use of the car.

Secluded accomodation

We only stayed for a short time, we met the owner on arrival, who was very sweet and helpful. We were the only one’s there so we had the whole place to ourselves. It’s really close to a big park, with tennis facility and walkable to the marina and a downtown area.

Walk to everything

This condo is a great place to stay if you want to walk downtown to some outstanding restaurants! Great helpful and friendly host with great communication. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

Elopement stay

We arrived at the property and instantly fell in love with it. The outdoor space is adorable and very private. It was the perfect get away for our elopement. We had plenty of space for the two of us and our two small dogs. They really enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We were walking distance to everything downtown and it was still nice and quiet. Christina and Lulu (sweetest pup) were so accommodating and nice. She even gave us recommendations for beaches and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to celebrate future anniversaries! We had the best and most memorable time here! :) Would recommend!!!

Awesome Sarasota get away

This is our second time staying at this property in Sarasota and we just love it there!!! It's quiet and quaint but walking distance to everything! And there is a great outdoor space where you can view the stars between the beautiful trees in the back yard. The owner is so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great get away week or weekend in Sarasota!!!

Great 4th of July weekend

The place was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to everything. We had one little hiccup but it was addressed quickly. Great communication from the host. My dog doesn't get to be off leash outside much with where we live and she loved being able to be free in the yard. There is also a nice dog park near by. Wish we could have stayed longer, would stay again.

Sarasota Get Away 2025

Christie is such a great person, easy to contact, communicate with and a joy to just visit with her ! We love staying here, it’s a perfect location to all that we enjoy. The unit is simply wonderful in all aspects ! Christie was so concerned about the TV, so she changed to a larger size; she brought extra lights to cover a few dark areas, always being concerned about one’s comfort, what a great Host ! See you again, hopefully sooner ! Happy New Year Christie !

Spring Break Recharge

Loved Christie’s backyard oasis with the scent of jasmine filling the air! The bed was extremely comfortable with the softest sheets! Having access to a washer and dryer meant we didn’t need to pack as much. We really enjoyed everything Sarasota had to offer: golf, museums and beach! Thanks, Christie!

The host was very nice and kept us updated. the apt. was small but nice and an excellent location w/ a beautiful courtyard. The only issue was she was not quite ready for us by the time we arrived but she kept us updated and refunded our pet deposit. Would still reserve it again. Beautiful walkable neighborhood.

Cottage cuteness

My husband , myself and our dog spent a few days on the gulf side of Florida. Since this was pet friendly with an enclosed yard it already was fabulous. When we pulled up and off loaded we were immediately enveloped in coziness. The description of drop your keys and go was right on. We walked to a great Italian restaurant across the street. We didn’t have to drive too far for any of the daily trips we did.

Mother daughter trip

The host of this property is amazing. I had to reschedule this booking last minute. It was past the cancellation date. She allowed me to move it to a later date. I texted with her several times over the next few months. She always responded. The rental was exactly as it was presented. Cute little apartment very well stocked and clean. Super close to everything we wanted to do. We went to St Armand's circle and Lido beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, some issues

The good things: The apartment was absolutely clean and the neighborhood is wonderful! Very walkable to downtown amenities. The bathroom in the apt is functional and very nice. Issues and inconveniences: The bedroom is crowded for two people as the bed is in the corner so you can only get in and out of bed on the one side. There isn’t a place to hang dresses or longer items of clothing. There were items left in the frig and freezer when we got there, some perishable. Cooking facilities consist of a toaster oven, microwave and 2 burner electric hot plate but it’s fine if you don’t plan to do much cooking.

The highlight of this mini vacation trip was the host Christie, she was very helpful and communicative. Telling me all kind of info for our trip. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for a couple. a nice patio to chat and relax after a long day. Very good restaurants around, walking distance and the beach is beautiful. We went to see the sunset and it is spectacular.

Paradise close to everything we wanted.

Excellent overnight stay!

Our host went above and beyond. The place was clean, quiet and extremely well organized. She happily accommodated our early check-in and even had treats for our dog. Very close to shops and restaurants. We would love to come back!

a perfect spot for an important weekend, at a great price

The property was perfectly located for our 3-day stay, and the owner was so accomodating to our needs. The entrance to our unit was at the back of the property (easily accessible), where there is a lovely and secluded area for morning tea/coffee or an evening chat. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the shower was delightful on warm Florida days. So grateful-

Delightful!

Everything about this rental is charming! Real artwork, live plants and flowers - inside and out! Fresh updated bathroom. Cozy romantic back yard. Minutes from Main Street and St. Armands. Off street parking. And the host, Christie, is a pleasure to communicate with. We had a great stay!

Great location with easy walk to downtown Sarasota. Also an easy drive to Siesta Key, Saint Armand’s Circle, and various other beaches. Small apartment in the back connected to the owner’s home. There is a fridge, microwave, and ability to cook small meals if needed. Apartment is clean. A perfectly fine place if you just need a place to sleep and relax a little in between exploring the surrounding areas and beaches. There is ability to do laundry, but just know that it is outdoor in a closet and shared with renters from the top floor apartment. This apartment is pet friendly. Not necessarily a negative, but you should know.
