Gorgeous Cottage - Steps From Beach Access - Heated Pool

All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattress and waterproof pillowcase covers are being machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. All of our living area furniture is leather which will be wiped down after each stay and any material surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant. We are also providing all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge and salt/pepper - everything unopened and unused.

WE KEEP OUR CALENDAR UP TO DATE, BUT NEW BOOKINGS ARE COMING IN VERY FAST. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 3 PERSONS ONLY - SORRY - NO EXCEPTIONS - This is a non-smoking property - NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises.

Sea Palm Cottages are 100 year-old cottages that have been remodeled to make you feel like you are in an island paradise. Because of our central location, you can walk everywhere - no car needed. Enjoy coffee by the pool or in your private screened lanai. Swim in the heated pool and spa (we are one of the very few properties on Siesta that has a natural gas heater, so our pool is kept toasty warm in winter months so you can enjoy swimming day or night) that is only shared with one other cottage, walk across the street to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the the United States and then enjoy a leisurely stroll to great shops, cafes and restaurants. The cottages are each one bedroom/one bathroom with queen sleeper sofas (with deluxe memory foam mattresses) in the living areas. We supply everything from a complimentary basket filled with coffee, teas, snacks to shampoo, conditioner, soap and kitchen and bath necessities. We also have beach carts, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our cottages have it all and are perfectly located directly across the street to the beach and just three blocks south of Siesta Key village. Great Beach Get Away
Perfect spot for a long weekend! Quaint beach cottage that included everything you need for a great get away (pool, short walk to beach, all beach items/cart) and short walk to shops/restaurants. Would recommend and will definetly stay again when visiting Siesta Key!

Cute little cottage, they provide everything, beach chairs, tent, beach umbrella, cooler and a cart to carry everything. You can walk to beach, and 5 minutes to the little town with restaurants and shops. will definitely come back. Quiet and very relaxing.

Wonderful stay in Siesta Key
The cottage was so adorable! Cute decor and well appointed. The location was great with the beach just a short walk away and the village a couple blocks away. They even provide TP, paper towels, soaps, etc which is rare for a vrbo but a nice touch. Cheryl was accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Cottage
We had the best stay at this cottage! Everything that you could need for a day at the beach was included, it was very clean and stocked with all cookware and utensils to make meals, the bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were a great feature, and best of all it was a short walk to the beach and Siesta Key Village. Cheryl was very responsive to questions that we had before our visit. We will, without a doubt, stay here again on a future visit. Thank you for the perfect beach cottage and hospitality!

Our apartment and property manager were wonderful in every way. My one disappointment was the “steps to the beach” part. Many steps to the beach, and across a busy roadway. However, with the help of a car the beach and all restaurants and activities were easily accessible. We had a great time, and thanks!

This property is described accurately. It was clean but for some tiny bugs that seemed to congregate in the kitchen - almost like fruit flies that didn’t fly. This unit is cute and the pool was nice but the bed is SO uncomfortable! The mattress was old and SO soft and I literally sank in the bed. By the 2nd morning, I had a horrible stiff neck. The owners are great but they need to get a new mattress ASAP.

Great cottage with wonderful pool
We fully enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s adorable cottage. We utilized the lovely pool during the hot hours of the day and went to the beach in the late afternoon. The village, market and liquor store were a quick walk away thru a nice neighborhood. If you don’t feel like walking, you can call the froggy hop for a ride - they operate on tips. The beach access is close, but it is a little bit of a hike to get to the water. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart are provided. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of nice bath and beach towels. Overall, a great experience.

Location was great. Enjoyed the hottub.
Bedroom air conditioner did not work properly. We did not use the stove or oven, but noted that the oven door did not close completely. The shower head was make-shift. Getting water in the bath-tub had to come from the shower head; the fawcett did not provide water directly. I don't see how the unit passed the building code or vrbo standards.

Siesta Key Cottages
The furnishings, linens, kitchen supplies, beach chairs and television were all in perfect working order and in great shape. Using the tv was easy to figure out, accessing the unit, laundry and kitchen appliances were fine. It was super helpful to have some coffee, sweetener and creamer available. The location is a pleasant walk to the village and still super close to beach access, and quiet. This was our third visit, and we hope to return!
