Anna Maria Island - 2/1

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a two bedroom with a full kitchen. It has a King size bed, Queen bed and a pullout couch, full kitchen and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it's first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 2 bedroom, has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar that seats 4. The living room is very spacious with a couch and large chair. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv. Second bedroom has a queen bed and tv. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv's, and free wifi.

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to AMI. Loved having chaise lounge chairs for us at the beach-just steps across the street. Parts of the condo are tired, but it was clean and fit our needs perfectly!

We liked de cozy apartment which had all staff to prepare meals. The beach is right across the street and restaurants are in walking distance. We would recommend that apartment. :-D

Better value than a hotel

This was a perfect spot for my daughter and me as we were in town for a soccer tournament. We loved the access to the beach. We walked to one restaurant one evening and had a short drive to another the next evening. We felt safe and would definitely choose again. A perfect mother- teen daughter getaway!

A lovely getaway

My family stayed here over a long weekend to visit our eldest son. We had the best time. Check-in was easy and the apartment was just what we needed. The pool was clean and well maintained. The beach was right there, and it was beautiful, maybe the best beach in all of Florida! I couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely be booking again.

It was great location. Neighbors were nice and friendly Pool was warm. Wish the complex had a washer/dryer and elevator. Well maintained facility. Three older women do use more toilet paper than most people, so 2.5 rolls was not enough for 6 days.

Great location, great potential

Overall it was a good experience. Some potential improvements: a coffee table would be nice; king mattress is well worn—sags on both sides with high ridge in the middle; cleaning crew needs to clean up their act—exhaust fan filter in bathroom is completely clogged, curly hairs found on tiles in shower. With those improvements, it would make a huge difference in rating.

Charming

Very cute, clean beach condo. Adequately stocked comfy bed and pillows plenty of towels .The pool was very crowded and too warm for my liking and Red Tide really put a damper on the vacation no fault of the condo owner. I did find a very nice private pool in the neighborhood..no one knew i didnt belong there 😊.

Great condo in a great location!

We loved our stay here! The condo is so cute, clean and cozy. The host was very communicative with any questions I had. The beach is across the street and I went for sunset strolls most nights. The pool was great and is heated to a nice warm temp. All lower units are still being repaired from the hurricanes so no one is in them. Which may have added to how quiet it was as it was always very quiet around the resort.There is free laundry close to the unit in the parking garage building. The washers are very large capacity and I used them a few times. The location is great. The trolley stop for the North bound is by the entrance and south bound near the exit driveway. Also an easy walk to several restaurants just down the road or to Bridge street. We ate down in Bridge street one night and then walked up the beach back to the resort. Not far at all. Would stay here again!

Arrived and checked in without a problem. Nice walkability to various places. Beach chairs were available for you, but you had to carry them down to the water. No umbrella’s for the beach. We bought a cheap one and left it for the next person. You can also rent from Beach Bums. We wish we would have known this before we bought a cheap one.

Clean,-just perfect. Initially a problem with a broken coffee pot- but owner responded immediately (there was a new one under the sink- cleaners forgot to toss the broken one!). Great location!! Would definitely stay there again! Beach is just across the street.
