"Easy check-in , staff available to help and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. We felt welcomed, plenty of snack and water in the room. Perfect room for 2 teens and 2 adults. Washer and dryer with soap available which was perfect for us being in Thailand for a month. Highly recommended "
