Good location, close to airport. Unfortunate that there was no airport pickup. Took the JR rail and had to walk on a sheet of ice. Onsen was nice, could use some re tiling. Room was small but has everything you could need for a quick overnight stay.

Very clean and comfortable, nicer than I was expecting given the low price. Small room but I knew this before booking and big enough for what you need. Excellent location close to train station which connects to airport. Staff were helpful albeit with limited English speaking, but were very hospitable and were able to help with my questions. Definitely excellent value and would stay again.

Can’t wait to go back!

This was out last stay in Japan before heading home and they have so much to offer aside from the cleanliness and friendly staff. Firstly the rooms are super decent to size, even fitting a mini couch was such a tasty touch. The bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries for 2 people. They offer a free spa/bathhouse but we didn’t have enough time to visit it. They also offer free bus rides to the airport! Super awesome for people with big luggage or big groups. The restaurant attached to the hotel is great for late night drinking or snacking. The more we got into the night, the more impressed we were. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and last night in Japan!

The property was great, easily accessible via $16US taxi, clean, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well appointed with everything but are a bit small by western standards. Breakfast in the hotel was solid and offered a little bit of everything. My one complaint is that the temperatures are kept too high. I think this is a Japan wide situation, but damn the hotel and my room were nuclear. Mitigated by opening the 17 locks on the window and turning the fan off.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Very nice hotel, Hard walk in snow with luggage from Chitose train station to the hotel but that’s winter in Japan. Room is small but adequate. Hotel Onsen is also small but clean and refreshing. Not bad place to stay.
