"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"I had a great stay at B1 City Hotel in Sofia. The room was excellent—comfortable, well maintained, and always spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: plenty of variety, fresh options, and everything was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value. I’d definitely stay here again."

"An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful.
The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable.
The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant and the suite is highly recommended!
Only downside: the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you’ll need a car or taxi to get around.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"
