The house is gorgeous and spacious, and everything was very clean and orderly. Checking in and out was super easy, and the team was very communicative and friendly! They also have a very handy binder of useful info on the area that we used to get some pretty great meals! The bnb is in one of the smaller villages to the north of Ponta Delgada, 5 minutes on foot from the shore, a "natural pool" beach, and an ocean side cliff trail of you're looking for a relaxed hike. It was about 10-15 mins to get there by taxi from the airport, but if you're planning to use the local public transit be aware it'll take about an hour to get between the location and Ponta Delgada, and longer for other popular destinations on the island (though tbh the island is so beautiful that I didn't mind taking the scenic route at all). The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Overall a great stay!"
"The view through the gate and sitting on the cliffs was awesome, better than we expected. The cliff walk was also fantastic. The inside of cottage was close to what we expected. A traditional azorean home. Plenty of space for our needs and clean. As far as I could tell there was no central heating, but the space heaters were enough. Parking is on the road but we could always find a spot across the street on the sidewalk, which is what the locals do. The town was quaint and had it been warmer, I would have been in natural pools. Lastly, communication with owner was five stars!"
