Its a building that has not been upkept in ages. Rooms are big but terribly old. Doors dont lock (extra lock doesnt even go in the door). Cleanliness was ok but not what id expect from this brand. Staff is very friendly. Shame about the lack of care of the building

O café da manhã é muito bom, a cama é confortável e a ducha incrível. O comércio na volta oferece um mercado, farmacia e distribuídora de bebidas. Apenas sugiro que o hotel reveja o preço das bebidas do frigobar (R$ 9,0 3m uma água de 300 ml é tenso) e ajuste o sistema de interação com as plataformas de reserva é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos e enfrentamos uma verdadeira saga para localizarem a reserva. Um agradecimento especial ao Cido que conseguiu resolver nosso perrengue de forma muito educada.

Muito ruim

Muito ruim, hotel em decadência. Sou hóspede relativamente frequente e venho observando a perda da qualidade. Quartos com cheiro ruim (cigarro e esgoto), camas com colchões ruins, roupas de cama puídas, toalhas que não enxugam, canais da televisão que não funcionam, elevadores lentos e para piorar tudo o qualidade do restaurante que sempre foi muito boa acabou. Do café da manhã (que deixa faltar cream chease) e com poucas opções às refeições a lá carte (desde os petiscos aos pratos principais) com pessima qualidade. Chegaram a me servir uma parmegiana de filé mignon com batata fritas velha/murcha e requentada no microondas e arroz com rapa do fundo da panela. Infelizmente o hotel está largado.

Bom hotel

O apartamento é bom, amplo e com mini cozinha. Banheiro bom, um pouco antiquado, mas tudo ok. Cafe da manhã muito bom (nota 8). Único destaque negativo é que esqueci o carregador de celular no quarto (pois carreguei o celular durante a noite) e o achados e perdidos "não o encontrou".

I usually stay here during business trips because it’s conveniently located near the convention center. The rooms are typically very spacious, and the staff is friendly. However, during this stay, I noticed a lack of proper maintenance in the room, including water stains on the ceiling. Unfortunately, I also encountered roaches both in the room and the hallway. I’ve reported the issue and hope it will be promptly addressed by the management team.

Péssima experiência , não recomendo e não volto!

Dormi uma noite lá. Fomos nesse hotel por saber que teria um transfer para o carnaval. Fui cobrado na hora mais de R$90,00, alegando que peguei um quarto para uma pessoa só, sendo que na verdade na hora de escolher, peguei um com duas camas e para mais de uma pessoa. O senhor que manobrava os carros super mal educado. Quando chegamos ao quarto, cheiro muito forte de mofo, e bem velho. Minha toalha do banho tinha manchas pretas, parecia suja. E quando foi 04:20 da manhã, acordei com um barulho muito chato e alto, como se tivesse soltando gás no quarto. Liguei para recepção pois o barulho não passava e não estava conseguindo dormir. O recepciocista foi no quarto, e foi bem educado, mas disse que não tinha ninguém da manutenção no momento (isso 4:20 da manhã). No fim, um casal de amigos estavam no quarto do lado e perguntei sobre o barulho, ele também estava ouvindo e quando ele desligou o chuveiro dele, parou o barulho insuportável. Ou seja, não volto mais... nunca fui de avaliar e muito menos de reclamar, mas fiquei decepcionado pelo valor que paguei, esperando que algo melhor fosse entregue. O quarto não era como o da foto. Paguei quase R$100,00 a mais sendo que peguei o quarto para 2 pessoas. E assim foi, fiquei sem dormir também. Somente o transfer para o carnaval funcionou.

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA

Tenho muito prestígio pelo hotel. Mas ano após ano observo uma grave crescente na piora do hotel. E essa infelizmente foi minha última estadia na Nortel. Fomos acomodados para um quarto com cheiro insuportável de cigarro e pedi a mudança imediata para outro. O segundo também estava com odor de cigarro porém um pouco mais fraco. Mas optamos por ficar na segunda opção por falta de disponibilidade no momento. Solicitei um ferro de passar roupa emprestado e o mesmo praticamente encharcou minha roupa que seria usada em um evento importante. O ralo do banheiro me assustou com a quantidade de água que o chuveiro soltava e o ralo não comportava toda a vazão fazendo em alguns momentos o transbordo de água para a área de movimentação do banheiro obrigando a parar o banho para não transbordar mais. E não acabou a insatisfação no banheiro. Quando fui dar descarga. Advinha? A válvula de dispensar água estava quebrada. E para finalizar. Uma luz terrível fraca e escura. Para se arrumar tanto no banheiro quanto no quarto. Uma verdadeira insatisfação. Recomendo a vistoria urgente em todas as instalações e revisão desses quesitos que na minha opinião são básicos. Minha única satisfação nessa estadia foi o café da manhã. Impecável.

Boa, mas o quarto tem problemas de manutenção. Mobilia com pouca manutenção, banheiro com problemas de manutenção nas torneiras, pouco escoamento de ralos tanto do chuvwiro qt da pia. Precisa se renovação
