A very good cost benefit, hotel is nice, but at night there are too many drugatitcs around hotel. staff is nice. if for a short stay for work, hotel is ok, but be careful around hotel area at night.

O staff do hotel é excelente, são muito educados e prestativos. Únicos pontos negativos é que no quarto o wi-fi estava com pouco sinal e consta que os quartos possuem canais a cabo mas não tem ! A tv tem apenas 4 canais abertos com as imagens ruins !

Mediano pelo custo-beneficio

Razoavel. Pelo custo-beneficio vale ate vale a pena. Muito barulho na rua ao lado. Região muito insegura cheia de andarilhos e usuarios de droga, policiamento ficou o tempo todo ao lado a hotel.

infelizmete a região da Republica esta abandonada, o poder publico se esqueceu de onde uma vez uma area boemia agora um bairro dominado pela população de rua, mas o hotel é perto da estação, me hospedarei mais vezes

Conforme alguns comentários anteriores, realmente o bairro é feio pessoas estranhas na rua circulando porém havia uma viatura literalmente na porta do hotel. Meu problema foi que eu tive uma impressão ruim pois no dia que fui, tinha vários homens idosos no saguão, eu era a única mulher circulando ali. Todos os velhos me olhando e parecia que era um prédio de bordel foi a impressão q tive. Eu estava sozinha e ia dormir para voltar pro RJ no dia seguinte porém nem consegui ficar e decidi ir embora algumas poucas horas depois do checkin . Não fiquei confortável com aquela cena de uns 20 homens sentados no saguão olhando pra minha cara. Não tenho nada além disso pra reclamar.

Estadia Hotel

Minha estadia foi muito boa, realmente na lateral tem muitos usuários de drogas espalhados conforme vi nos comentários, mas tem uma viatura da polícia que fica na porta do hotel então a segurança é bem tranquila l. Com relação a estadia o quarto que eu havia escolhido o ar condicionado não estava funcionando mas me colocaram em um quarto muito melhor. Tive um problema com a camareira que eu deixei um eu sapato de um jeito quando eu cheguei ele estava danificado, fui na gerência e consegui resolver numa boa, tive esses problemas mas foram todos resolvidos pela equipe nenhuma coisa grave a declarar gostei sim

Estadia maravilhosa

Super recomendo o hotel, pois o mesmo é impecável na limpeza, o café da manhã é bem farto e a localidade do mesmo estava bem policiada o que da uma sensação de segurança e é de fácil acesso a vários pontos da cidade.

Colocaram em um quarto diferente da foto anunciada, mais uma vez (na estadia passada também), inferior, pequeno em tudo, com acabamento inferior. Reclamei na recepção e a resposta de sempre é que o hotel está lotado, logo não dá para trocar de quarto. Falar com gerente é inútil, pois não dão bola, nem retornam, pura desconsideração. O hotel tem programa de convênio com a Prefeitura para moradia de idosos carentes, lotam o hotel, ficando as áreas comuns todas ocupadas. Deveriam avisar nos anúncios, que possuem essa situação, de convívio de hóspedes com moradores de programa de governo. Belo programa de ajuda da Prefeitura, parabéns, mas futuros hóspedes deveriam saber dessa situação, antes de optarem pelo Hotel, que na verdade tem uso misto: hospedagem e moradia de programa social.
