This hotel is well located. It was my first time in São Paulo and I felt safe in this neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around, a really nice shopping mall nearby. I liked the breakfast and the rooftop pool. The minibar is well priced and stocked. I loved this hotel and I am happy to come back next time I am in SP. the room was excellent!

The hotel is in a great location, super convenient, nearby tons of great restaurants and a shopping center. Super walkable area. What I liked the most though was their staff. They were super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

A estadia foi muito boa, o quarto é confortável e tem toda estrutura para receber até a Família em viagens rápidas a São Paulo. O café da manhã é excelente, a ducha também, a limpeza é muito boa e somente achei ruim a televisão, não há instruções para fazer funcionar.

Fiquei duas noites, estrutura do flat bem antiga, tudo muito sujo. O lençol cheio de cabelo, por toda a cama. banheiro com assento quebrado, toalhas de banho eram para ser brancas, mas estavam marrom e bem gastas. Pedi para trocar de quarto mas vi que os demais eram parecidos. Pior de tudo, troquei de flat em Sp ( a ideia era ficar até dia 10, mas foi impossível)e deixei um cachecol de cashemere novinho que comprei um dia antes de sair do hotel e não me devolveram. Não usei o cachecol, deixei ele na cadeira do quarto. Liguei 2x no hotel e ninguém localizou. Como assim? E agora??
