Everything was great, except thwt we had to change rooms because the window wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap on the wall that let noises and heat come in the room. It all made the room noisy. Second room worked out great. Staff was fantastic and super helpful!

The hotel was clean and nicely located in a safe and attractive neighborhood. Unfortunately, the building is undergoing renovation about which we had not been earlier informed which made the pool inaccessible

Small but v nice roof deck to relax. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Bedroom had small kitchenette which can be a plus but no coffee maker

Sao Paulo stopover
I did a stopover in Sao Paulo for a couple nights at the Transamerica Plaza. The Hotel was a decent value. The room was large comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of choices. There were only a couple of negatives. The wifi is absolutely horrible. I would up using mobile data on my iPhone because the wifi was so slow. Also, on my first day, a couple hours after I had checked in, some new hotel guests walked into my room because reception had assigned them to my already occupied room. Fortunately I was just sitting at the desk working on my computer at the time.

A lot for a little.
It was a nice hotel but it definitely needs to be better maintained. I was on the 7th floor. I forget if it was an even number or odd number but definitely stay away from the side with the restaurant that has loud music. They usually stop around 1:30 or so but it is pretty loud for those sensitive to noise. You can't escape the street traffic from the 7th floor. Breakfast was nice. You can't beat what you get for 65 bucks including tax. With the current brazilian currency exchange rate.. your money goes extremely far. Hotel staff at front desk extremely helpful...

Great stay at a nice hotel in Paulista. Wifi worked well, and breakfast was really good. Good price in the best neighborhood in São Paulo!

Friendly hotel near Paulista. When I checked in, my room safe didn't work well. Hotel maintainable fixed that rather fast. Breakfast selection is minimal.

Dirty, bad smell, noisy, old.
The title speaks.Terrible experience with an old hotel. Dirty blankets when I arrived. Very bad room smell. Very noisy place. Only few of the staff was just OK. I have no rights for complain since you get what you paid for.

Everybody in the Hotel is very nice and ready to help. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Little pool on the top of the building is great.

Decent hotel and a great location
Just two blocks from Paulista ave with access to all the shopping and restaurants and less than five minutes walk to Metro station and ten minutes walk to Sao Paulo Art museum, You can't beat the location. our room was clean, with fridge and safe. staff were cordial and helpful. The pool on the roof is extremely small and really should be replaced with a Jacuzi. Taxi will cost you about 100 Rials ($45.00 dollars ) to Guaralhos international airport , and about $12.00 dollars if we you want to go to Ibirapuera Park to see other museum and sites.

Great hotel for any occasion
We had stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is in very good shape, located less than 5 minutes walk from the metro (subway). The staff speaks very good English and Is knowledgeable. Very good wi-fi. There is a restaurant which is good as well. Great hotel for any occasion.

Safe, best neighborhood, great staff.
Situated in the Jardins in between Avenida Paulista and Rua Oscar Freire make this a safe and ideal location to be able to walk to the nicest restaurants and shopping in town just down the hill. Walk down Rua de Consolacao or Rua Haddock Lobo to Rua Oscar Freire to make the trip down to the restaurants and shopping optimal. Going the other direction, head up Rua Augusta for the clubs and young hip nightlife in a gentrifying infill location in between the Jardins and Centro.

Slow internet and blocked TV channels
Although Wifi signal was strong, the actual internet speed was very slow. It was only usable once other guests stop using it after midnight. This could be very annoying when you are there on a business trip. I also wasn't happy that some of famous/standard channels were not available such as Warner Charnnel, TNT, FX, and couple dozen more. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and these were always available. The staff was friendly and very responsive. Location is great as well.

As a single or couple without kids it's great
Small but comforting, the air conditioning was the only problem (very noisy). The other comment is related to the food, breakfast is not so good but the timing is the worst (6am - 10am). If you like to party at highly hours forgetthe breakfast.

Localização excelente
Hotel com administração nova e muito atenciosa. O café da manhã é excelente. A localização também é perfeita. Espaço da recepção está em obra fazendo com que o acesso seja feito pelo restaurante. Uma obra ao lado está trazendo um incomodo grande na questão de ruído externo.

Achamos o apartamento aquém do esperado. Camas muito estreitas, acústica ruim tanto p os quartos vizinhos quanto para a rua. Mas gostamos da limpeza, localização, atendimento dos recepcionistas, café da manhã. O hotel diz ser 4 estrelas mas tem acomodações de 3 estrelas.

Hotel é muito bem localizado , café da manhã com bastante variedade , foram muitos gentis em adiantar nosso checkin . O único problema foi em relação ao horário de limpeza dos quartos . Meu filho estava em outra suíte , com criança e só limparam após as 15h Mediante reclamação .

Excelente localização
A Localizacao do hotel é excelente . Ter estacionamento no local , mesmo sendo pago a parte , foi bastante conveniente . O cafe da manhã é bom. Os quartos poderiam twr uma decoracao maus aconchegante. Acho que tem uma aparencia de" escritório". Achei a cama muito mole ,mas no geral a minha experiencia foi muito boa e voltaria a me hospedar .
