OK, but wouldn’t go back

Slow check-in, first bedroom given to us was not ready or available (it was in maintenance but the concierge didn’t know about it). Once we got told new bedroom, none of the soap dispensers worked so we had to call housekeeping right away. The second day, the bed headboard fell (nobody was injured) but they fixed it in short time after we informed reception (good job by the housekeeping team). The pool wasn’t available and the pizza oven in the restaurant was in maintenance. Breakfast was good. Valet parking (additional fee) was prompt and reliable. Noisy room: we could hear lots of noise from the street and corridors.

Tive uma excelente estadia no hotel. Tudo muito novo e bem cuidado. Quarto amplo, cama confortável e limpeza excelente. Banheiro com ducha forte e secador de cabelo. Funcionários solicitos e educados. Café da manhã muito bom. Gostei de tudo do buffet. A localização é excelente, bem como o isolamento acústico, pois mesmo com o movimento natural dos carros, o quarto se mantinha silencioso. Recomendo.

Eu fiz reserva de um quarto triplo e quando cheguei percebi claramente que era um quarto duplo com uma adaptação de cama extra. Não havia a possibilidade de uma minima circulação de tres pessoas no quarto. Entao, fiz a reclamação e fui prontamente acolhida e atendida pelo funcionário CAIO JARDIM. Ele foi atencioso e solicito, resolveu meu problema me transferindo para um quarto maior, mais adequado a minha reserva (de quarto triplo). Fiquei muito satisfeita com esse atenadimento. Ao contrario disso, fui muito mal atendida pelo funcionario LEANDRO, quando precisei pedir uma colcha, pois somente havia duas colchas no quarto mesmo sendo uma reserva de triplo. Ele disse que pela hora nao poderia me atender (por volta das 22hrs) e que era pra eu ter percebido a necessidade antes. Ocorre que sendo minha reserva de quarto triplo, eu nao tinha a obrigação de conferir a quantidade de colchas antes do momento de usa-las....Enfim, foram dois atendimentos de qualidades extremas: um otimo atendimento pelo Caio e um pessimo atendimento pelo Leandro.

Café da manhã razoável, as mesmas coisas todos os dias, mas o mais incrível que eu achei que no 5º dia de hospedagem pedi um ovo frito e me falaram que seria cobrado, nunca vi cobrarem por um ovo frito no café da manhã, me hospedo várias vezes durante o ano em diversos hotéis e é a 1ª vez que me deparo com esta situação, é claro que recusei pagar e não comi meu ovo frito. Fora que os ovos mexidos normalmente estavam mais para frios. Nos serviram um jantar no quarto no 1 dia de hospedagem onde a comida estava totalmente fria

Fiquei muito decepcionado com a hospedagem. O hotel apresenta péssima conservação e diversos problemas de manutenção. A água quente não estava funcionando, o que causou grande desconforto durante a estadia. Além disso, praticamente não é possível falar com a recepção, pois o atendimento é extremamente falho. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar: poucas opções disponíveis, produtos de qualidade muito baixa e higiene bastante contestável. Infelizmente, a experiência foi muito negativa em praticamente todos os aspectos. A única coisa positiva do hotel é a localização, que realmente é boa. Fora isso, não corresponde minimamente às expectativas.
