Overall it was a very nice place, good quiet accommodation. Nice bed and amenities and very clean. Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh "you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door. This means someone entered my hotel suite when I wasn't there. Post this event I discovered that a watch was missing from my luggage. I can't prove it was robbed at the hotel, but it leads me to wonder if perhaps it was robbed there for the aforementioned reason. Furthermore, there was one case, during my more than 10 days there, in which a tattoo-laden receptionist was snarky & rude to me.

Stay inside when you wait for cabs, ubers, etc.

Like most of the other vincinity of Sao Paulo, the visitors must keep vigilant on their belongings. I was waiting for uber right outside the front door, and there was a bike snatcher trying to steal my phone.

O hotel possui uma boa localização, os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, e o café da manhã oferece boas opções. No entanto, o processo de check-in poderia ser mais eficiente. Antes da chegada, é necessário enviar documentos e realizar o reconhecimento facial, mas, ao chegar à recepção, é feito praticamente todo o procedimento novamente. Embora o recepcionista tenha sido simpático e prestativo, isso torna o processo mais demorado do que o esperado. Outro ponto a ser observado é o espaço destinado ao café da manhã, que parece pequeno em relação à capacidade do hotel. Durante nossa estadia, foi necessário aguardar a liberação de uma mesa para podermos nos acomodar. Além disso, a experiência foi prejudicada pelo atendimento de uma funcionária do café da manhã. Em vez de se desculpar pelo transtorno e solicitar gentilmente que aguardássemos na recepção até que uma mesa fosse liberada, ela nos respondeu de forma ríspida e pouco cordial: "Vocês não estão vendo que o salão está cheio?". Considero que uma abordagem mais educada e acolhedora seria mais adequada para o padrão de atendimento esperado em um hotel.

Gosto muito da rede Charlie. Ponto alto é o atendimento. Todos os funcionários são incríveis. Nessa unidade tinha café da manhã. Não tem variação no cardápio, mas tem nos opções. É satisfatório. Limpeza diária, ótima localização, fácil acesso. Apenas a internet que ficou um pouco a desejar!

O cardápio do café da manhã foi maravilhoso. O quarto estava bastante limpo. A equipe de funcionários eram muito solícitos e simpáticos, sempre que precisava de ajudar estavam dispostos a resolverem o problema. Os únicos pontos que deixaram desejar foram o Wi-fi, que estava fraco no quarto e toda hora desconectava ou não pegava direito e a pis do quarto, que não tinha uma boa vasão de água, mas não diminuíram em nada a experiência maravilhosa que foi a hospedagem. Um pontoalguns que me chamou atenção e fez que a experiência fosse melhor ainda foi o fato de ter um shampoo e condicionador e sabão líquido no banheiro, além de ter um secador. Então, depois de tudo isso, não tenho nada a dizer, além de que recomendo bastante esse hotel.
