Ideal location just beside Paulista Avenue. Nearby quality supermarkets make it perfect for solo travelers. The only downside is that check-in and check-out are fully automated, but the facial recognition for all doors functions seamlessly.

Ideal location right by Paulista Avenue, with a supermarket and great restaurants nearby, plus a barber shop and drugstore on Pamplona. I've had a wonderful time here. This place is perfect for solo travelers—it's clean, welcoming, and features new, stylish apartments with automated face recognition. I absolutely love it and plan to return. It's conveniently located near various coffee shops, including Starbucks. Plus, there's a modern laundry facility on the main floor that doesn't need any detergent. The management is fantastic, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it to all solo travelers. Thank you once more!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was a total bust. Paid in advance, completed the online "registration" which involved providing sensitive information (passport number and photo of passport, selfie etc...) then when you get there the system would not let you in!!! You call and have no one to speak to in any other language than Portuguese who then rudely hangs up on you MULTIPLE TIMES.

The place was basic that the bed even didn’t have side tables and the balcony door didn’t even have curtain. I don’t recommend the unit to anyone. I checked out two days earlier and I asked for credit for the two days but it seems they didn’t want to refund me for the days I checked out.

This place have no in person attendant. They sent me confirmation of my booking without providing me apt number and password to enter. When I arrived there no attendant, and person answer the doorbell and don’t speak English, have no clue how to help. I reserved parking and when I got there they said no parking included in my reservation. Parking garage not working at all. Their Expedia info is a trick and all lies. After 1 night of stay the power went off and was sent to a very small studio Apt. Worse apart hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will never recommend this place even to a homeless person.

ATENÇAO: Checkin pode ser problematico se não está acostumado com eletronica, é bom "estudar bem o manual" da fechadura antes (para mim foi horrível a experiencia inicial). Fiquei no escuro esperando dar o tempo de digitar devido a dificuldades. Limpeza questionável para um "hotel". Encontrei sugeira na área da cozinha e travesseiros. Pia do banheiro entupida e lixeira estava com pedal quebrado. Remedios do hospede anterior. *****Mas a localização perfeifa com mercado, restaurantes e a Paulista perto, e a comunicaçao pelo whatsapp é rapida, mesmo o predio sendo todo digital. Não tinha cafetereira mas ao solicitar disponibilizaram uma "emprestada" de outro apt. O que eles chamam de chaleira para mim é uma leiteira, tipo panela mesmo, não é a eletrica. O Ar condicionado tem função aquecedor, faz toda diferença porque o apt tem muito vidro. O quarto é lindo e super funcional, com moveis e utensilios, procure nos varios armarios. Bacana: tem opção de mercadinho dentro do prédio e com preço honesto.

O estudio é bonito e bem decorado. Mas pecou em detalhes importantes. Quase nao ha tomadas. Inclusive não tem nenhuma na mesa que seria de trabalho. Ha um co-work no predio? Sim. Mas eu esperava poder trabalhar na privacidade do quarto. A cozinha tem alguns equipamentos. O banheiro tem um otimo chuveiro, mas a pia é pequena e sempre molha o chão. E nao tem ducha higiênica. Processo de check-in e check-out foi tranquilo e o predio é seguro.

Vou citar os pontos positivos e os negativos. Os positivos: localização, Pão de Açúcar muito próximo podendo ir a pé, o que é bastante vantagem. Próximo da av Paulista também. Lençóis macios e confortáveis, cozinha bem equipada com tudo o que se precisa. Agora os pontos negativos: fiz uma solicitação para o sofá cama estar montado no dia da chegada (pois viajei com minha filha de 5 anos e ela dormiria nele) enfatizei um dia antes e no dia da viagem foi foi falado mas não resolveram e não colocaram. O que foi bastante cansativo pois cheguei tarde da noite de viagem com a minha filha dormindo nos braços e tendo que solicitar alguém que cedesse os lençóis

O local é excelente, perto da avenida paulista, uns 2 min. Perto de restaurantes, farmácias, padaria e outros estabelecimentos. Só uma pequena reclamação, pois as pilhas do ar condicionado e da televisão não estavam funcionandos, apesar de relatar o episódio ao responsável pela locação não deram nenhuma solução

A reserva foi feita e paga para 3 pessoas, bem como o check in feito no dia anterior com as fotos, identidades, dois adultos e uma crianca de 11 anos. O quarto acomodava ate 4 pessoas, uma cama casal e um sofa cama. Porem, somente havia toalha de banho e roupa de cama para duas pessoas. Tudo que era solicitado, era negado..., desde um late check in - ao inves de sair 11h, para sair ao meio dia - negado, um local para guardar as malas ate 13hrs, tambem negado. Toda a comunicacao era por whatsapp, nao havia nenhum funcionario da empresa em nenhum horario no local. Alem de que havia um restaurante em frente ao predio em que os manobrista praticamente tomavam todas as vagas da rua, o que dificultava a entrada e saida dos taxis ou carros por aplicativos, e quando o motorista encontrava mma vaga para encostar, para que pudessemos entrar no veiculo, os monobristas do tal restaurante agiam com truculencia para que o motorista nao ficasse ali.
