O lençol da cama estava sujo. Faltou roupa de cama para o Sofá-cama. Foi difícil falar com o responsável pelo flat. Cofre estava trancado e não foi possível abrir. Tampa do vaso velha e trincada. Por fim consegui falar e consegui as roupa de cama. Mas foi desagradável, já que a reserva foi feita pra 3 pessoas. A impressão é de flat antigo e decadente. E, pior, sem muito apreço pelo consumidor. Não recomendo.

Localização privilegiada. Tem shopping, supermercado, restaurantes, farmácia , enfim , tudo . Próximo a avenida Paulista . Não tem carpete no quarto e as roupas de cama e toalhas em ótimo estado . Só não usei o ar condicionado, não posso dizer se funciona .

Não estava claro, que não poderíamos usar os serviços do flat. Tínhamos um bebê e havia berço e não pudemos usar!!!! Além disso , o checkout era às 10hs da manhã !!!!! Normalmente eh as 12hs. Enfim não foi para nós uma experiência boa.
