Foi ok, como esperado. Única crítica é ao site ou a organização do hostel quanto a identificação da reserva com café da manhã grátis. Eu fiz a reserva contando com isso e na hora do café fui surpreendida com uma cobrança, ao questionar a atendente ela disse que na organização dela a reserva constava como de outro site, o qual não disponibiliza café grátis. Enfim, no final tudo foi acertado, mas fiquei receosa com a utilização do site hoteis.com novamente.

Problemas com privacidade e barulhos

Não tive grandes problemas com a estadia, o hostel tem uma localização incrível e fomos bem tratados a todo tempo. Entretanto, o quarto me deixou um pouco incomodado devido dar a porta para a recepção, com o agravante de que a parede é em drywall, muito fina e dá pra ouvir tudo por ela. Devido a péssima acústica do quarto custamos a dormir uma noite, pois o portão do hostel rangia demais e tinha um ser humano abençoado abrindo e fechando a cada 30segundos, com um barulho insuportável. Além disso alguém também estava batendo algum objeto toda hora em plena meia noite, neste horário havia funcionário no hostel e não percebi ninguém pedindo ao perturbador para fazer silêncio. A janela do quarto também tem uma cortina que dá pra ver tudo por ela, tive que improvisar com a toalha para tapar.

Não gostei pois tinha gente cheirando mal no meu quarto. Quando fui embora a moça demorou cerca de 15 minutos para aparecer para então eu fazer o checkin.

No site não informava o horário do café da manhã, que começada as 8h. infelizmente não pude tomar o café porque tinha que estar no serviço as 08h. Perguntei se não poderiam devolver a diferença do valor, pois no site tinha diferença entre diária com café da manhã e sem, mas não me devolveram. Se eu soubesse do horário que era servido o café, teria feito a reserva sem café da manhã.

Vantagens e Desvantagens

A localização é excelente, bem próxima ao Metro Vila Madalena e ao terminal de ônibus, alem de ficar numa região bastante movimentada. Fui muito bem recepcionada, e todos os membros da equipe são muito prestativos e educados. Encontrei o ambiente limpo e organizado, o banheiro que estava sempre impecável. O café da manhã era satisfatório. Precisei sair antes do prazo que eu havia pago e consegui acertar tudo sem prejuízos com o membro da equipe que estava na hora. No anúncio da expedia encontrei a seguinte informação, entre parenteses vou informar a realidade do que ocorreu: Comodidades do quarto Serviço de limpeza diário (o serviço de limpeza do quarto não é feito diariamente, e embora o ambiente geral do hostel seja bem limpo achei desrespeito pela propaganda enganosa) Apenas chuveiro (ok) Ferro/tábua de passar roupa (ok) Cortinas blackout (no quarto individual não havia cortina nenhuma, e o barulho de conversas e carros após as 7hera bem incômodo mesmo com as duas janelas fechadas) Wi-Fi grátis (ok, apenas ficava péssima a conexão após as 22h) Banheiro parcialmente aberto (essa situação foi confusa pra mim, pois eu havia entendido pelo anuncio e pelas fotos que o quarto individual possuia banheiro com acesso individual, mas na vdd temos que usar o banheiro coletivo) A cama era PÉSSIMA. Tinha a grade torta e dormi mal todas as noites ficando com bastante dor na coluna. Todos os produtos que comprei na lanchonete estavam vencidos. Não pedi reembolso, mas alertei a equip
