Not bad, but could be better.

The place isn't bad, but if you stay for long period you need to pay a lot for them to clean your room, there's no basic cleaning tool for you to do yourself, bed sheets there's only one, so you need to wash yourself and there's no spare to put on bed in-between wash, the same for towels.. .. location is great

They need an App for International travelers. The concept is great but useless if you're not Brazilian. They need to be more careful on how they clean rooms. This is a big issue and I hope they take care of it.

Thai place needs more attention (comforter dirty)

The location is good, but there is always an issue, it’s a shower that’s is licking make the entire bathroom floor wet, tv disconnect, and I asked for a blanket next day I realized that the blanket was all dirty with dry nasy blood it was there before but unfortunately I didn’t see it before, extremely disgusting.

This hotel is not suitable for international travellers as you need to use an APP to check-in and to use any services like laundry machine or make requests. The APP is ONLY in Portuguese and the staff only speak Portuguese. Also the hotel only offers minimal supplies, even though we were staying 8 days. One bath towel per person for 8 days. A kitchen with no dish soap or drying towels. A patio with lounge chairs but no chair pads or towels. One TV on the wall at the end of the bed but only one thin pillow to put behind your back to watch in bed. This hotel might aspire to be a technology hotel like CitizenM but really misses the target.

Mi baño estuvo dañado, "me arreglaron" y dejaron todo super sucio. Me ofrecieron limpieza y nunca lo hicieron, la atención al cliente fatal. Si no puedes descargar una app, no puede acceder a secadora de pelo o pñacha de ropa, y no te ayudan ni te dan solución. Para cambio de toallas, cama o papel debes pagar como 30 dolares

Ótima hospedagem

A hospedagem é muito boa, o check-in e checkout bem rápidos. A localização é ótima com comércio bem divercificado. O único problema é o barulho de pessoas entrando e saindo o tempo todo.

Boa opção de estadia. Ótima localização!!!

A estadia foi satisfatória, a localização é ótima, ao lado da estação do metrô e colado na Av. Paulista. Possui restaurantes, bares e padarias bem próximo. Os atendentes homens foram super soícitos e atenciosos, pena que não posso dizer o mesmo das atendentes mulheres. Uma pena de verdade! : (( Boa estrutura no geral, ótimo colchão, porém, precisam invesrir mais na manutenção do prédio, pois faltou energia e água por um período significativo de tempo. O prédio todo ficou sem água, por exemplo, boa parte da tarde e a noite toda! Isso por conta de um problema na bomba do prédio, nada a ver com a empresa concessionária de água. Fornecem os utensílios minimos de cozinha, dá p se virar. Mas não há bucha para lavar louça e nem toalha de pratos. Ou seja, fornecem fogão, micro-ondas, louças/panelas, mas não há toalha de prato e nem papel toalha. Um contrassenso! Fez falta uma cafeteira elétrica tbm, seria muito bom que tivesse.
