Assim que entramos no estacionamento meu carro ficou preso em uma barra de ferro (grelha) do esgoto.Essa barra (grelha) soltou, ficou presa no carro, não conseguia sair do lugar.Corri pra acionar algum funcionário, na recepção um jovem super tranquilo, chamou outro jovem, esse também super tranquilo, como se fosse algo sem importância, mas tentou nos ajudar.Sem sucesso, pq era algo muito complicado, carro não tinha como sair do lugar. entei o macaco hidráulico do meu carro sem sucesso.Solicitei ajuda do Gerente, que não apareceu.Esperei por 1 hora, diversas solicitações da presença dele e só era informada que ele dizia estar ocupada em uma obra do hotel, e que devido a forte chuva que estava no momento que era pra eu aguardar.Mediante a minha insistência, apareceu um funcionário dessa tal obra que foi me ajudar, e depois de 20 minutos conseguimos tirar a barra e deslocar o carro.Gerente não apareceu em nenhum momento.Além de não conseguir sair do lugar, impossibilitando também outros veículos, corria o risco da barra estragar o motor do meu carro.Sorte o meu carro ser um modelo SUV.Obviamente devido a situação, principalmente devido ao total descaso em ser socorrida, não permaneci no local.Não ouvi um simples pedido dedesculpas.Após o ocorrido o funcionário foi marretar/dessamassar a barra e colocar de volta.Uma situação como essa poderia ser evitada se houvesse manutenção das instalações, mas diante desse imprevisto pessoas dispostas a resolver é fundamental.

O cardápio do café da manhã pode ser bem melhorado- não tem água filtrada disponível na bancada de produtora e a variedade do sabor de bolos tbm precisa ser melhorada (diversificar). Em relação a arrumação do quarto (boa limpeza),infelizmente o rapaz que limpou deve ter mais cuidado de não jogar fora o que não é lixo, digo, jogou uma blusa de frio, um lenço e papéis que estava dentro de uma sacola fora (depois encontraram blusa). A recepcionista é muito educada, prestativa e resoluta.
