Very run down. TV didn't work. Cold water in bathroom sprayed all over. And check-in .... an hours wait for a room, and we were there 1 hour after check-in time.

Bem localizado, quarto grande.

Uma ótima opção de apart-hotel, bem localizado, com restaurantes e bares nos arredores. Só achei o quarto frio (estava frio nos dias em que fui lá) e sem opção de alterar o ar, o mecanismo à vista parecia estar quebrado e a cama é okay, da pra descansar.

Excelente, o hotel só falha em alguns pequenos detalhes. Por exemplo, adesivo de lado quente/frio para abrir as torneiras; sem lixo reciclável no quarto. Mas eu voltaria e recomendaria porque o todo é Excelente!

A localização do hotel é excelente!! Tamanho do quarto também!! Minha ressalva foi no serviço de quarto e no café da manhã… as toalhas estavam manchadas, passando ideia de não limpeza, na nossa primeira diária não houve limpeza, tive que reclamar… café da manhã é muito fraco, muito mesmo!!

O atendimento é excelente. A recepção é ágil, gentil e cuidadosa. A limpeza é minuciosa. O único pormenor fica por conta do café da manhã que tem poucas opções e a reposição é lenta. No mais, tudo bem.

O hotel em si é bom, mas o café da manhã é HORRÍVEL. Atendimento péssimo, sem opções diárias. Não tem opções para diabéticos ou quem tenha problemas com glutem e lactose. Os funcionários não dão atenção e ficam sentados tomando café e conversando, no horário de trabalho. Nem perguntam se precisamos de alguma coisa... Fiquei 1 semana, e não mudaram nem o UNICO bolo. O atendimento é muito bom. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. Recomendamos. O que precisa melhorar é a conexão de wi-fi nos quartos. Agora um ponto que precisa melhorar muito é o restaurante, o café da manhã é apenas razoável, com pouca variedade e repetitivo. O serviço do restaurante é ruim. Uma coisa interessante é que a reposição é lenta e que não disponibilizam colheres de chá, mas apenas colheres de sopa. Precisa melhorar muito e isso compromete a avaliação geral do hotel.
