Hotel simples e boa opção para hospedagem na regiao central. Recepção cordial, quarto simples com ar condicionado, bom chuveiro, variedade de canais e frigobar. Basico e Boa localização.

Segunda vez que me hospedo no Ipanema Inn São Paulo e a estadia foi boa. O hotel é simples porém atende muito bem para 1 ou 2 noites no máximo. Recepção foi cordial, o checkin foi rápido e atecioso. Os quartos possuem TV, chuveiro quente, frigobar (vazio), e ar condicionado. Café da manhã básico com 3 opções de frutas, 2 opções de sucos, bolo, pães e proteinas frias e quentes. A Localização é realmente o diferencial deste hotel. Metro Makenzie a 5 min, mercados e restaurantes bem proximos, e muitos pontos de interesse a sua volta. Dica: reservar os quartos dos andares mais altos, pois são mais modernos. Voltaria a me hospedar!

Localização boa porquanto fica próximo ao metrô Higienópolis porém, as condições físicas do hotel são DECADENTES. Não há a preocupação de conservação e um mínimo de modernidade, que seja. Nem ar na recepção existe além de mau aspecto. Móveis em muito má conservação, porém, o quarto que me forneceram o ar funcionava e a tv plana também com net. Banheiro bastante simples, higienizados, sem secador e toalhas de baixa gramagem. Wifi do 5° andar não consegui acessar. Pode ter sido problema meu; o da recepção nunca tive problema. Atendimento atencioso, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã básico, bom para quem não é de almoçar no café, mas num salão péssimo, descuidado na apresentação. Localização do hotel boa, porquanto fica próximo ao metrô Higienópolis e ao redor do hotel há bares, e mercados, embora nenhum restaurante agradável. Zona estudantil por conta da universidade Mackenzi. Adiante do hotel, avenida Higienópolis com seus bons e belos e edifícios e, na continuação, o shopping homônimo de alto nível. Não diria que o custo benefício é bom para as condições que oferecem. É MUITO DECADENTE, mas a localização facilita a chegada à Consolação/Paulista e ao centro, República; uma estação apenas para um lado ou outro.
