Simple, functional room. Just for speeping. if you get individual room, is a good hotel Split airco is silent, location is close to subway and supermarkets. there is a very good gym close by.

Minha experiência no hotel foi bastante decepcionante. Apesar de ter escolhido uma das melhores categorias de quarto disponíveis, a estrutura deixou muito a desejar. O banheiro apresentava problemas evidentes de manutenção: o box estava entupido e, durante o banho, a água transbordava para fora do blindex. O prédio e as instalações aparentam ser antigos e pouco conservados, transmitindo uma sensação constante de falta de cuidado e limpeza. Outro ponto negativo é a ausência de qualquer estrutura de alimentação. Não há restaurante, lanchonete ou café da manhã, o que reduz significativamente o conforto da hospedagem. Além disso, o quarto não foi limpo em nenhum dos dias em que permaneci no hotel. Só depois descobri que a limpeza ocorre apenas a partir da quinta diária. Para quem fica dois, três ou quatro dias, isso compromete bastante a experiência, especialmente em um ambiente compacto. No fim, o custo-benefício não compensa. O que parece uma opção econômica acaba saindo caro pela falta de conforto, manutenção e serviços básicos.

O hotel é bem localizado perto do metrô. Tem preço bom se reservado antecipado. Funcionários super simpáticos. Ar condicionado nos quartos. As comodidades estavam limpas, porém como o fluxo no banheiro coletivo é grande, deveria ser limpo mais vezes no dia. Super indico, uma ótima opção a baixo custo na capital paulista.

Já fiquei hospedada algumas vezes, gosto muito e pretendo voltar. É preciso ter em mente que será possível ouvir as pessoas digitando o código pra entrar nas suas cápsulas e que de madrugada há um pouco de barulho pela chegada de pessoas, para mim isso não foi um grande problema. A cama e roupas de cama são muito confortáveis e limpas, o ar condicionado sempre funcionou bem. Tenham atenção ao tamanho da cápsula para evitar surpresa.
