Os funcionários do hotel são prestativos e simpáticos. O hotel é limpo,antigo, mas a conservação está ok. O problema é que as paredes são finas, então ouvíamos todas as conversas do corredor, as camareiras, hóspedes, tudo. A área do centro de SP requer atenção, mas há muito policiamento e não tive problemas com isso.
