We are not a hotel, hostel, guesthouse, or inn. Our space is a family residence, and in this configuration, we rent the entire house to families or groups of people who come to São Paulo for a short stay. We enjoy welcoming people and making new friends from all over Brazil and the world. You will be very welcome and received in our home.

To ensure that you and your group are satisfied with your stay with us, and that your expectations are met, it's important to know that I can only offer what is described in the listing. Therefore, I ask that you read the entire listing, as things or situations not described/foreseen in the listing may not be offered or fulfilled.

About the space:

- A very cosy and peaceful environment, with great privacy and an excellent standard.

The house is a spacious, ample, well-lit and well-ventilated environment, safe, and with guaranteed privacy.

-High-speed broadband internet (100 megabytes), free for guests.

- Garage with space for up to one medium-sized vehicle.

- Free access to the kitchen and other common areas. Kitchen utensils such as plates, glasses, pots and pans may also be used.

- Well-lit, ventilated rooms, and windows with curtains and grilles.

- We provide bedding (sheets, towel, pillow, blanket). It is strictly forbidden to take any item from the house, this includes bedding, pillows, etc.

- Box beds with storage compartments for clothes and belongings. New, extremely comfortable mattresses - firm D33 mattresses.

- The guest receives a key to the room door to lock it whenever they leave.

- Two bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor.

- Extremely well-located property, close to the city centre and the main tourist attractions (city centre, museums, parks), financial and business centers of the city (Berrini Avenue, Paulista Avenue, Faria Lima Avenue, Vila Olímpia) and parks (Ibirapuera Park, Parque do Povo).

The area:
The area is great, in a prime area, with excellent infrastructure and security standards, a vibrant nightlife with many bars and restaurants, banks, hospitals, supermarkets, pharmacies, and bakeries very close to my residence, allowing for walking access.

My residence is a 7-minute walk from Rua Vieira de Moraes and Rua Joaquim Nabuco, which are the main commercial and service streets in the area;

- In addition, the residence is close to: Congonhas Airport (3.5 km), Ibirapuera Shopping Mall (1.8 km), Transamerica Expo Centre (9.1 km), Imigrantes Exhibition Centre (9 km), Ibirapuera Park (4.9 km), INSPER (3.5 km), Consulate General of the United States of America (3.9 km), Av. Dr. Chucri Zaidan and Eng. Luís Carlos Berrini (3 km);

- Good access to public transport - 650 metres from Campo Belo metro station - line 5 lilac (9 minutes walk), and next to the future Vereador José Diniz station (line 17 gold) which will terminate inside Congonhas airport;

- Ample public transport with several bus lines on Vereador José Diniz Avenue and Santo Amaro Avenue;

- Brooklin, a neighbouring district of Moema. Nearby areas: Ibirapuera, Vila Olímpia, Itaim Bibi, Avenida Faria Lima, and Vila Mariana;

We are located near Rede Globo, INSPER, Anhembi Morumbi University, UNIP, UNISA, Estácio, São Luiz Hospital, Santa Paula Hospital, Servidor Público Hospital, and 40 minutes from Hospital das Clínicas.

Throughout the entire stay, I am available to provide information to guests, in person, by phone,
