Gostei mais dos funcionários, da atenção dada aos problemas de manutenção da propriedade. O que não gostei foi a total falta de manutenção da propriedade, as fotos do website é trabalhada de forma a enganar, o predio esta em total decadência.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo no hotel. É de excelência, ótimas instalações, um café da manhã primoroso e um atendimento impecável. Infelizmente como está situado próximo a praça da república, onde há forte concentração de pessoas de rua, acaba limitando a possibilidade de circulação a pé. Porém, isso não é um problema. Voltarei outras vezes!

Bom lugar pra ficar em Sampa

A estadia foi boa, tivemos uma boa recepção, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. O hotel é antigo, a estrutura está boa, mas tem coisas a melhorar, principalmente na parte hidráulica. O grande problema foi o WiFi que não funcionava em nosso quarto, apesar de ter um repetidor lá que mostrava que estava operando. Pedimos para verificar na recepção, mas não funcionou em momento algum, só conseguimos usar na recepção e no andar do restaurante. Fora isso as TVs são antigas e com sinal ruim, mas nem usamos. A localização é diferenciada, não é um local privilegiado, mas fica em frente a famosa esquina da Ipiranga com a São João
