Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

RUDE STAFF! BAD WIFI!! Very disappointed with this hotel! I was really looking forward to coming here, but for the price I paid, I could have found a much cheaper hotel with better service! First of all, check-in took over 15 minutes! The receptionist was very cold and didn't make me feel welcome at all! No smile, he seemed annoyed that I was there! The room is extremely tiny and the Wi-Fi is incredibly weak! Impossible to work! I was disconnected every 20 minutes!!! The area is very dangerous at night, be careful! Also they ask you 20BRL per item to keep your luggages (even for a small backpack that you can put over your suitcase)! Breakfast was okay.

O hotel em sim muito bom, estava hospedada para uma feira que acontece de quarta ate sábado, feira essa que é intensa e cansativa. O hotel hospedou na mesma data uma excursão de adolescentes mal educados que ficaram correndo e gritando pelos corredores na madrugada, tendo que acionar diversas vezes a recepção do hotel, na madrugada corriam pelas escadarias e corredores e de manhã utilizam o elevador, pq não usaram a escada? assim ocupando o elevador com quem precisava trabalhar. Falta de respeito da instituição de ensino que não pegou um hotel somente para os alunos que não fossem atrapalhar quem precisava de uma noite de descanso e do hotel em não controlar essa baderna na madrugada e causando cansaço e transtorno para quem estava ali a trabalho precisando de uma noite de descanso.,
