Ruim vazo de fazer necessidades estava trincado , correndo risco de quebra , banheiro com infiltração , achei q estivesse tendo acesso a um hotel com café da manhã e fui surpreendo com esse quarto apertado não tinha cadeira e mesa para apoiar laptop, um Valor absurdo para isso , fala sério , pedi cama de casal e tinha duas camas de solteiro

Água, e uma bolsa com shampoo e condicionador é tudo que você vai ganhar. Não tem um copo, uma colher, ou nada parecido. Assim que cheguei no quarto, percebi que o banheiro “ limpo” mas a lixeira cheia de papel. O atendimento é nenhum, exceto pelo excelente funcionário Bruno que abriu a porta para mim pois estava chegando no mesmo momento. Fora isso, DIY.

O hotel cumpre o que propõe, porém é de fato estranho (no sentido de incomum) que não tenha uma recepção na entrada e nenhum funcionário à vista. Tem uns quadros também estranhos no quarto com rostos de pessoas desconhecidas. Dá uma sensação esquisita. O quarto é bem simples e incomoda bastante o fato de não ter como abrir janela. Lembre de fazer o check in antes de chegar lá, se não vai ficar na porta preenchendo um formulário enorme, correndo o risco de ser roubado.

Hotel com aparência nova, boas instalações, quarto com bom espaço, cama confortável, amenidades no quarto como cápsulas de café, kit Loccitane e garrafas de água. Apenas o acesso é que apresenta certa dificuldade, não há recepcionista, o acesso é feito por uma senha enviada anteriormente ou baixando um app. Porém o app não funcionou e precisei de auxílio para conseguir entrar no hotel. Muito próximo do aeroporto de Congonhas, que apresenta certo ruído das aeronaves mas como sempre levo protetores auriculares, não tive problemas para dormir. O hotel não fornece refeições, existe apenas uma vending machine na recepção com águas, refrigerantes e algumas opções de snacks.

Pessíma, não recebi voucher de entrada, fiquei com malas na porta em lugar inseguro. Demorei aproximadamente 60 minutos para conseguir chegar ao quarto.

Hotel todo automatizado, apesar de ter feito o cadastro antes do check-in, o código não funcionou para abrir a porta e eu tive que ligar para pegar um novo código. Os lençóis são curtos e isto atrapalhou na hora de dormir, a isolação acústica é bem fraca e você escuta todos que passam no corredor
