O apartamento estava super limpo, cheiroso, com tudo muito bem arrumado. Nos sentimos bem confortáveis com o espaço, que dá tranquilo para duas pessoas. O bairro é residencial, super tranquilo, com pouco movimento durante o dia e a noite. Tem uma excelente padaria bem na esquina da rua do hotel, a Brooklin Bakery, vale muito a pena conferir. Tem também um mini mercado do bairro, que serve muito bem para compras rápidas no dia a dia. A mobilidade urbana é fácil, com grandes avenidas próximas. Conseguimos ir e vir de onibus e metrô com muita rapidez. Há também um ponto com produtos variados a venda no hall de entrada do condomínio. A comunicação foi muito tranquila, tivemos nossas dúvidas respondidas com rapidez. Voltarei a me hospedar com a smart studios mais vezes.

Estadía limpa, com tudo anunciado. Porem não possui flexibilidade no check-in e o QR code informado para entrar, não funcionou. Recebi ele bem em cima da hora. Depois o pessoal arrumou, mas isso me faz pensar se usaria o serviço novamente.
