The property is in very good location, very clean, well maintained. However communication is a challenge specially for a foreigner who does not speak the local language. Hopefully, they can hire person who can speak English.

Neighborhood safe with lots of options of restaurant, supermarket, shopping mall and transportation. Staff really nice. A little bit noise from the airplanes taking on and off the airport close by. The only concern is the cleaning. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. Small things that can make a difference. Overall a good value for the money. I would stay there again.

When we entered the room, we noticed that the toilet was already clogged up from before. Imagine walking into a hotel room, only to be met with an already clogged up, and a semi-clean room. We requested a room change, and they denied our request. To their credit, a plumber came in later to unclog the toilet, but we were already very disgusted. The standards at this place are very low, and everything in that room felt filthy. The pillows on the couch had numerous disgusting unknown stains on them. We will definitely NOT be going back to this place ever again.

O apartamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado, próximo do metrô Eucaliptos, próximo ao shopping Ibirapuera e a 3 km do aeroporto de Congonhas. Nas redondezas tem uma unidade do Pão de Açúcar, além de bares e restaurantes. Não gostei do check-in, achei complicado, sou bem fraco com tecnologia. Também fiquei chateado porque pedi que alguém fosse no apartamento consertar a máquina de café, que não funcionava e, apesar da promessa, ninguém apareceu e nem deu satisfação.

Achei um absurdo não ter a informação visível sobre a limpeza do imóvel. Ficamos sete dias e sem direito a troca de toalhas de banho ou limpeza. Não volto nunca mais!

Localização é boa, proximo a metro e ao Ibirapuera Shopping. Há muitas opções de restaurantes e mercados nas proximidades. O lado negativo está na proximidade ao aeroporto de Congonhas, onde o barulho da aterrisagem dos aviões invadem o apartamento.

Quarto estava sujo, com alguns cabos e fitas no chão. Uma lâmpada queimada, pia do banheiro suja, toalhas com fios de cabelo, fronha do travesseiro com uma mancha similar a sangue. Cadeiras estava com parafuso soltos sobre o assento. Contudo a localização é ótima.
